About Us:

360 Synergy is a US-focused B2B SaaS platform designed to streamline field service management and contractor operations (construction, HVAC, cleaning, landscaping, etc.). Our software helps companies automate HR workflows, manage brand reputation, increase worker motivation, and improve overall team retention.

We are looking for a proactive Growth Marketing / Demand Generation Specialist to drive top-of-the-funnel qualified leads through a combination of structured cold email outreach and B2B Social Selling.

Key Success Metric: Number of qualified demo meetings booked (Booked Demos).
 

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Lead Generation (Apollo.io & Cold Outreach):

• Conduct deep audience research and build accurate lead lists based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP: Business Owners, C-level Executives, HR Directors of US contractor companies).
• Build, launch, and manage personalized outbound email sequences.
• Handle technical infrastructure setup: domain configuration, inbox warm-up, deliverability monitoring, and spam protection.
• Run continuous A/B testing on subject lines, messaging angles, and CTAs to optimize Open and Reply Rates.

B2B Content & Social Selling (LinkedIn):

• Maintain and optimize our LinkedIn company page and founders' personal profiles.
• Create engaging B2B content targeting key industry pain points (field workforce management, turnover reduction, team engagement).
• Execute Social Selling strategies: targeted networking, strategic commenting, and converting warm engagement into direct messages and demo offers.

Lead Qualification & Pipeline Management:

• Manage incoming responses, qualify leads against criteria, and seamlessly hand them off for demo calls.
• Track conversion metrics and maintain accurate pipeline reporting in the CRM.

Requirements:

• English Proficiency: C1 (Advanced) / C2 (Proficient) — MANDATORY. Our primary market is the US. Copy must sound natural, concise, and persuasive without any non-native phrasing.
• 1.5+ years of experience in B2B Lead Generation or Demand Generation (preferably in B2B SaaS or US/Western markets).
• Proven proficiency with Apollo.io and a solid understanding of cold email architecture & deliverability.
• Strong B2B copywriting skills: ability to craft short, high-converting cold emails that cut through inbox noise.
• Hands-on experience leveraging LinkedIn as an active lead acquisition channel.
• Data-driven and structured mindset with a focus on metrics (Open Rate, Reply Rate, CTR, SQL).
