Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and media-driven Trainee QC Specialist who will analyze content critically and identify technical issues quickly and accurately.

This role is about quality control and bug detection in media content. You will be responsible for checking video streams, audio, subtitles, metadata, and reporting issues in a structured QA manner.
 

You should be:

• Passionate about movies, TV series, streaming platforms, or media content
• Highly attentive to details and able to notice even minor issues
• Interested in QA/QC processes and bug investigation
• Comfortable working with technical topics and learning quickly
• Confident in English communication (Intermediate level or higher)
• Able to work and collaborate with different teams
• Ready to work from the office in Lviv (mandatory)
   

Basic knowledge we expect:

• Basic understanding of bug reporting and bug life cycle
• Familiarity with test documentation and different testing types
• Basic networking knowledge: VPN, router, internet connection basics
• Understanding of what is considered a bug vs expected behavior/feature
   

Job Responsibilities

• Watch movies, TV series, and live channels using specific testing approaches
• Search for and identify technical/content issues in:
  • video quality
  • audio quality
  • subtitles
  • metadata
• Create clear bug reports and document found issues
• Triage automated issue reports
• Communicate with internal teams regarding detected problems
• Validate and verify content quality before release

We're looking for a UX Writer to join our mobile product design team and help shape the experience for millions of users worldwide. You'll work closely with designers and POs to craft copy that makes complex interactions feel simple, clear, and human.

Your impact:

• Write and refine microcopy across the full app: onboarding flows, error messages, paywalls, success screens, empty states, notifications, and more.
• Collaborate directly with designers in Figma to address user needs and deliver seamless, intuitive experiences.
• Work with POs to understand product goals, user context, and flow logic and translate that into copy decisions.
• Apply insights from UX research and user testing to improve clarity and resonance of in-app language.
• Maintain and evolve our content style guide to keep voice, tone, and terminology consistent across the product
   

About you:

• 1–3 years of experience writing UX copy for digital products (mobile experience is a strong plus).
• Advanced English—both written and spoken. You write with clarity, precision, and appropriate tone.
• Solid understanding of UX principles: flows, information hierarchy, user needs.
• Comfortable working in Figma.
• Able to manage multiple priorities, ask the right questions, and advocate for your ideas.
• A team player who takes shared ownership of outcomes.
• Comfortable using AI tools in a writing context.
   

Nice to have:

• Portfolio or writing samples with your thinking process.
• Experience with A/B testing or data-informed copy decisions.
• Experience maintaining or contributing to a content style guide.
