Our UX Research team is the compass of our product development. We don’t rely on assumptions; we dive deep into real user insights to guide our decisions. As we scale, we are looking for two Junior UX Researchers to join our mission. This is a perfect starting point for those looking to pivot into IT and build a meaningful career in UX Research within a product-driven environment.

Important! Given the requirement for frequent interaction with users, the core working hours for this role will typically be 14:00 to 00:00.
 

🎯 How Will You Make An Impact?

• End-to-end Research: Participate in the full UX research cycle under the mentorship of our Lead UX Researcher — from defining research questions to presenting actionable insights.
• Qualitative Exploration: Assist in planning and conducting user interviews, usability testing, concept testing, and discovery research.
• Data Synthesis: Work with quantitative data, analyzing survey results and behavioral metrics alongside our analytics team.
• Insight Generation: Transform raw data into structured insights and clear product recommendations.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct desk research and competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities for our ecosystem.
• Hypothesis Testing: Learn to formulate research hypotheses and help product teams validate them through rigorous testing.
• Continuous Growth: Rapidly immerse yourself in new domains, decode user behavior, and sharpen your research expertise through constant feedback.

Шукаємо досвідченого та структурованого CRO Manager з сильним бекграундом в iGaming Affiliate проектах, здатного системно підвищувати конверсію за рахунок data-driven підходу, A/B-тестування та глибокої роботи з воронкою.

Вимоги:
- Досвід роботи в ніші iGaming / Affiliate gambling на аналогічній позиції від 2-х років;

- Сильні аналітичні навички, вміння працювати з даними:

Google Analytics 4: налаштування подій, конверсій, user journey + аналіз CR / DR по сторінках, брендах, GEO, інтенту;

Google Tag Manager (GTM): контроль кліків, редиректів, outbound-подій;

Affiliate-аналітика: кліки → редиректи → реєстрації → депозити, а також пошук втрат на кожному етапі;
- CRO та UX gambling-проектів:

Розуміння UX-флоу сайтів: бренд-сателіти, review, slot-сторінки;

Вміння: формувати гіпотези на основі даних і розставляти пріоритети (ICE / PIE / Impact vs Effort);

Досвід оптимізації: порядок брендів, картки казино, таблиці порівняння, trust-блоки;

- A/B-тестування:

Запуск і ведення A/В або split тестів;

Розуміння: статистична значущість, sample size, часу тесту;

Документація результатів і масштабування вдалих рішень;
- SEO × CRO:

Аналіз інтенту (brand / non-brand, transactional / informational);

Вміння: визначати конверсійні та неконверсійні кластери, зіставляти інтент запитів і структуру посадочної;

Підготовка чітких рекомендацій SEO-команді з фокусом на CR;

- Бізнес-мислення:

Аналіз CR за брендами: порівняння оферів, вплив GEO, типи угод (CPA / RevShare / Hybrid);

Вміння працювати з Affiliate менеджерами: вимагати тести, ініціювати нові умови, підкріплювати все цифрами;

- Структурний підхід, самостійність і відповідальність за результат;

- Англійська від B1.

Готовність виконати тестове завдання!

Обов’язки:
- Аналіз та оптимізація конверсій на affiliate gambling-проектах;

- Побудова та ведення CRO-воронки;

- Пошук точок зростання та вузьких місць в аналітиці та UX;

- Запуск A/B / split-тестів та масштабування успішних рішень;

- Аналіз CR брендів, GEO і типів трафіку;

- Взаємодія з SEO, aff-менеджерами, дизайнерами і розробниками;

- Підготовка щотижневої звітності за результатами і експериментами.

Буде плюсом:
- Володіння інструментами: GA4 + BigQuery, Looker Studio / Power BI / Metabase, базовий SQL;

- Cohort-аналіз (reg → dep → redep);

- Multi-step воронки (pre-lander → review → brand → FTD);

- Робота з мікроконверсіями;

- Розуміння відмінностей SEO vs PPC-трафіку;

- Досвід з Tier-1 / Tier-2 / Tier-3 GEO;

- Знання регуляторних обмежень gambling по GEO.
