We are looking for a highly intelligent and strategic Product Owner to join Out Of The Box Systems and take ownership of new and early-stage products within our company.

Your objective is to take ideas from concept to market-ready products and ultimately help turn them into profitable businesses.

This is not a traditional Product Owner role focused only on backlog management. The role is heavily focused on Marketing, UX Design, Fundraising, and High-Level Strategy. You will identify opportunities, shape product strategy, find paths to revenue, and execute go-to-market plans.

Who are we?

We are Out Of The Box Systems: a Ukrainian team of passionate, battle-tested engineers and creators united by one goal — delivering real results with clarity, precision, and autonomy.

We specialize in challenging engineering projects, including Rust Development, AI Engineering, Computer Graphics, Automation, and Custom Software Development. We value ownership, accountability, continuous learning, and practical problem-solving over bureaucracy and unnecessary processes.

Our team works remotely with clients from the USA, Canada, Europe, and other international markets.

Workload

• Full-time remote collaboration
• Long-term role within our company
• Direct collaboration with company leadership and engineering teams
• High level of autonomy and ownership
• Focus on measurable business results

What You Will Do

• Fundraising & Capital Strategy: Research, strategize, and pursue grant funding and other non-dilutive financing opportunities. You should know how to position and pitch a product to win capital.
• UX & Product Design: You don’t just sell the product — you shape it. Design intuitive user flows, build wireframes, and make sure the product experience is frictionless before development.
• Marketing & Go-To-Market: Build the marketing engine from scratch. Validate ideas, identify target markets, find early adopters, and create a path toward actual revenue.
• Strategize & Advise: You will not wait for instructions. Analyze the market, advise company leadership on the best strategic moves, and build the roadmap to execute them.
• Solve Complex Problems: Use AI, technology, resourcefulness, and first-principles thinking to bypass bottlenecks and move significantly faster than a traditional Product Owner.

Who You Are

• 100% Dedicated Full-Time: This is not a side hustle. This role should be your primary professional focus.
• Extremely Fast Learner: You can quickly understand new markets, funding landscapes, business models, and tools.
• A Scrappy Marketer & UX Thinker: You know how to get attention, validate ideas, and design user experiences without a massive budget or a dedicated design team.
• Strategic & Proactive: You don’t need detailed instructions to move forward and are comfortable challenging assumptions.
• Loyal & Ambitious: You want long-term collaboration where your financial upside is directly tied to the success of the products you help build.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher

Compensation — Skin in the Game

We reward results and profitable outcomes, not simply time spent at a desk.

• Base: $500–$1,000/month
• Performance Bonuses: milestone bonuses and revenue-sharing tied to funding, launch, customer acquisition, and profitability
• Initial OTE: approximately $1,500–$2,000+ per month
• Uncapped Upside: if the products launch successfully and scale, earning significantly more — potentially $10,000+ per month — is possible

If you are looking only for a safe, guaranteed high salary without being directly accountable for results, this role is probably not the right fit.

What You Get

• Ownership of new and early-stage products within the company
• Direct collaboration with company leadership and engineering teams
• Significant influence over product and business strategy
• Performance-based financial upside
• Flexible remote work environment
• Long-term collaboration
• 2-year B2B contract reflecting our long-term commitment to every team member

LRT Automotive manufactures catalytic converters and exhaust systems for the European vehicle aftermarket - real metal, real machines, real customers in 30+ countries. Our products are technical. Our software shouldn't look like it.

We're hiring one person for a deliberate hybrid role: you design the interfaces AND you own the product decisions.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Internal tools and team dashboards our colleagues actually enjoy using
- Company website and shop: clean structure, fast mobile experience, conversion that works
- Our customer portal - from first wireframe to shipped version
- The product backlog: prioritize, define requirements, align with development, ship what users need - not what sounds cool
- A design system, so the next page doesn't start from zero

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Products in your portfolio that real users use - that matters more than any certificate list
- Figma (or your favorite tool) plus enough HTML/CSS to talk to developers as an equal
- Product ownership: making decisions, defending them, standing by them
- Self-managed remote work - nobody will walk past your desk
- English fluency (our working language); German is a plus, not a requirement

WHY LRT
- 100% remote, full-time, long-term
- An established manufacturer that actually ships - your work is in production the next day, not stuck in roadmap v3
- You'll be the first product/design voice in the company: you shape the rules instead of fitting into a corset
- Small team, short paths, real decision authority

If it sounds like you, apply for our vacancies and become a new Syndicoder!

What you'll own

Product strategy & market direction

• Own a point of view on where the product should go next, grounded in usage data, cohort behavior, and market context — not every roadmap item is equally worth building.
• Track the competitive landscape and the platforms the business depends on — retailers, affiliate networks, Instagram, TikTok — and flag roadmap implications before they become urgent.

• Bring evidence to the bigger calls already on the table, such as expanding beyond current affiliate networks, so they get decided deliberately rather than discussed ad hoc.

  Roadmap & prioritisation

• Turn the backlog into a maintained, ranked roadmap with clear reasoning and sequencing.
• Decide, epic by epic, what gets built next and why — including the trade-off against tech debt — and defend that call to both the business and engineering.

Requirements & backlog craft

• Translate business requests, however they arrive, into epics and stories with real acceptance criteria.
• Run refinement: prioritize epics, break them into stories, and bring the team specs worth estimating against.
• Close out open product questions rather than letting them sit unanswered.

Data & analytics ownership

• Own and maintain the analytics metrics list.
• Convert behavioral-analytics requirements into an event taxonomy and tracking plan.
• Hold prioritization to the data — check the install-to-active funnel and early retention before committing engineering time to an onboarding redesign.

Stakeholder & delivery partnership

• Agree the sequencing of major technical work with the solution architect and project manager, so the roadmap reflects real dependencies.
• Set release scope and proactively communicate the rationale to the business.

Technical fluency & trade-offs

•  Know the systems well enough to engage properly — catalog, retailer and affiliate feeds, product matching, search, attribution, analytics, integrations — so technical decisions get product scrutiny before they're made rather than after.
• Work through scope, estimates and complexity with engineering on larger pieces: whether a simpler route fits the product's stage, and what a build-vs-buy choice costs commercially.
• Keep tech debt and dependencies visible in prioritization rather than letting them surface as surprises.
• Translate technical risks and trade-offs into commercial implications so founders can decide without in-house technical expertise.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years as a PM/PO in e-commerce, marketplaces, affiliate, or comparison commerce.
• B2C product experience, ideally mobile.
• Confident with product analytics: funnels, cohorts, retention, event tracking.
• Technical fluency with feeds, product matching, search, attribution, and integrations.
• Experience working with non-technical founders and translating tech trade-offs into business terms.
• Strong English, written and spoken.

What you’ll get at Syndicode

• Fully remote job
• Internal tech meetups
• Continuous feedback within teams and departments
• Top-notch team
• Ability to participate in decision-making and bring new ideas
• Self-management: opportunity to manage your time and plan your activities
• Dynamic, fast-growing environment: we react and adapt quickly to the world’s and market changes.

Must have:

Notion.

Soft Skills:

• Безлімітні days-off і sick leaves

Hiring process
