We're a B2B SaaS (shared WhatsApp inbox + CRM sync, rated #1 on the HubSpot/Pipedrive/Zoho marketplaces). We already run an established SmartLead setup — warmed mailboxes, lead-sourcing tools, proven sequence templates. We need one focused operator to run and optimize it.

Your one job: get qualified prospects to reply "yes" to a soft call-to-action (e.g. "reply yes and I'll send a one-pager tailored to your company"). That's it. You generate interested replies — our sales lead handles the calls and closing. We are not asking you to book meetings or sell; we're asking you to fill the top of the funnel with people who raised their hand.

What you'll own day-to-day
– Source and segment the right ICP (we sell strongest into WhatsApp-native markets — LATAM, MENA, Iberia, Turkey, Brazil — in services, real estate, travel/hospitality, IT).
– List hygiene: email validation, dedup, suppression, keeping bounce under 3%.
– Build and iterate 3-step soft-CTA sequences (spintax, deliverability-safe, no hard pitch in step 1).
– Run sends across our existing inbox infrastructure; manage warmup, sender health, throttling.
– Triage replies and hand off every "yes"/interested lead cleanly to our sales rep.
– Report weekly on the only metric that matters: positive replies per week (interested / wants-more-info), not opens or clicks.


You must have
– Hands-on SmartLead experience (this is non-negotiable — you know campaigns, sequences, master inbox, warmup, smart-server/IP routing).
– A track record of cold-email campaigns that produced real positive replies, with deliverability discipline.
– Strong written English and instinct for short, human, soft-CTA copy.
– Comfort with lead sourcing + validation tools (SmartProspect / Apollo / LeadMagic or similar).
Nice to have
– Experience selling into LATAM / MENA / emerging markets.

We are looking for a Product Manager to create and develop a comprehensive loyalty and retention ecosystem that maximizes trader Lifetime Value (LTV), reduces churn, and turns active users into brand advocates.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the product vision and roadmap for the Loyalty & Retention domain
• Design the logic for bonuses, rebate systems (spread/commission cashback), and VIP programs

Project

Chat is a multi-channel communication platform for support teams and operators: an omnichannel inbox (web widget, messengers, other sources), conversation routing and assignment, operator tooling, AI assistants for replies and automation, voice flows, statistics and reports, and integrations with external systems. A modular monolith built on clean architecture and DDD, with async flows via queues, realtime over websocket channels, and APIs for web clients and integrations.

Statistics - a separate analytics microservice for event collection and building statistics/reports, on Symfony under the FrankenPHP runtime with ClickHouse as the primary store.

Direction

Your Responsibilities

• Actively search for and onboard new partners (traffic affiliates, CRM integrators, and agents working with call centers).
