Technical Knowledge

Our first product is a bathroom cleaning robot designed for large-scale facilities such as airports, hospitals, and office buildings.We are looking for an enthusiastic person who is passionate about new technologies and robotics to join our Operations team as a Robot Safety Monitor.
 

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and safely assisting robots remotely
• Troubleshooting in a variety of real-world situations, providing detailed and accurate feedback to our engineer
• Identifying and reporting bugs with clear documentation
• Data collection for ML
   

Must have:

• English B1-B2 or higher (both written and spoken)
• Experienced PC user
   

Will be a plus:

• Higher technical education (ready to hire final-years student)
• QA/QC experience or finished QA courses
• Linux basic user knowledge
• Network basic knowledge
