Що потрібно робити:

1. Будувати зв'язки з нуля: Самостійно шукати контакти TOP-менеджерів, виходити на рішення-приймаючих осіб (ЛПР) та закривати угоди.
2. Питчити та дотискати: Глибоко розібратися в AI-продукті, твердо презентувати його цінність та тримати клієнта, поки не буде чіткого «ТАК» або «НІ».
3. Дисципліновано вести CRM: Педантично фіксувати кожен контакт, вчасно фолоу-апити та не губити потенційні угоди.

We are currently looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for developing the client base: retaining, reactivating, and upgrading players from the casual segment to VIP through systematic personal communication (calls, emails, and messengers).

What you will do:
•  Work with a warm client base assigned to the manager and continuously replenished, including warm calls and messaging;
•  Sell our product to clients in order to grow them to higher levels and retain them within the project;

Fachliche Qualifikationen/Persönliche Kompetenze

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder adäquat fundierte praktische Ausbildung
• 2+ Jahre nachweisliche Erfolge im B2B-Technologieumfeld (Erfahrung in den Bereichen Cybersicherheit, IAM/PAM oder SaaS-Infrastruktur ist von großem Vorteil).
• Ein starkes und aktives Netzwerk etablierter IT-Distributoren, Reseller und Systemintegratoren im deutschen Markt.
• Ausgezeichnete Verhandlungs-, Präsentations- und Beziehungsmanagementfähigkeiten. 
• Tiefgehendes technisches Verständnis im Bereich IT-Security, speziell CyberSecurity
