Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales/business development in the software or technology sector
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Experience using outreach automation tools
- Cold calling experience
- Frequent business trips to Europe ant the USA
- Excellent command of English

Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and attracting new partners (resellers and distributors)
- Reactivating former partners
- Building long-term relationships with partners
- Creating offers and commercial proposals
- Generating revenue through the reseller channel
- Developing a partner incentive system to increase each partner's revenue
- Being responsible for achieving sales targets, planning, and budgeting
- Regular reporting based on key performance indicators, implementing, and supporting CRM
- Frequent business trips to find new resellers
- Liaising with various teams to coordinate all matters (plans, pricing, offers, etc.)
- Markets: USA, Canada, Germany, Western
