We’re seeking a Senior Mobile Software Engineer (React Native) to join the BSG Web team and contribute to building and scaling mobile applications for a Retail Brokerage business. Core Competence:
 

• Proven senior-level experience in React Native development for commercial mobile applications.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on experience with Redux for state management and RxJS for reactive programming.
• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, performance optimization, and best practices.
• Experience setting up and delivering mobile applications from scratch to production.
• Ability to collaborate closely with a web-focused team and integrate mobile solutions with existing BSG sites.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
   

Preferred Qualifications:
 

• Experience working in FinTech / Retail Brokerage or other high-reliability domains.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams (design, backend, product).
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English for effective communication in an international environment.

Requirements:

— 4+ years of experience with React Native.
— Deep understanding of mobile application architecture and cross-platform development.
— Ability to solve tasks independently and make responsible technical decisions.
— Proactive approach to exploring new technologies and continuously improving the product.
— Experience with blockchain, smart contracts, or dApps.
— Experience leading a frontend team, including technical ownership, mentoring engineers, reviewing architecture decisions, and aligning frontend development with business and product goals is a strong plus.

— Develop, maintain, and optimize mobile applications using React Native.

— Conduct code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
