Про роль

Ми впроваджуємо ІТ-систему у Силах оборони України. Менеджер проєкту відповідає за повний цикл реалізації визначених ініціатив: планує етапи та дедлайни впровадження, контролює виконання задач командами, синхронізує стейкхолдерів, своєчасно виявляє та ескалює ризики, і забезпечує фактичне впровадження рішень у роботу підрозділів, а не лише їх формальне завершення.

Обов’язки

— Координувати визначені проєкти (обсяг/результат/виконавці/терміни) і вести їх до завершення

— Вести календарно-ресурсний план: контроль дедлайнів, залежностей, проміжних контрольних точок, оновлення статусів

— Координувати виконання задач із внутрішніми та зовнішніми виконавцями (командування, військові частини, інші підрозділи), збирати прогрес і підтвердження виконання

— Відслідковувати ризики і блокери, ескалювати керівнику проблеми, що загрожують строкам або потребують рішень на рівні стейкхолдерів

— Підтримувати порядок у проєктній Jira та решті документації: задачі, залежності, відповідальні, терміни їх виконання

 

Вимоги

— Вільна розмовна англійська

— Розуміння концептів планування, контролю строків та ризиків за PMBOK

— Дисциплінованість, системність, відповідальність за виконання домовленостей і дедлайнів

— Сильні комунікації: вмієш збирати статуси, фіксувати домовленості, вимагати виконання коректно і конструктивно

— Готовність працювати з великою кількістю учасників і задач одночасно

— Досвід у ролі проєктного менеджера або координатора

— Досвід роботи з трекінг-інструментами (Jira/Excel/Teams або аналогами)

— Вміння використовувати AI-інструменти для підвищення продуктивності

Місія посади: Якісне ведення проекту: від замовлення до готового продукту, тобто весь спектр роботи з клієнтом.

Ведення замовлення та комунікація з замовником (узгодження планів, термінів, вимог, бюджетів);

Виявлення та розподіл пріоритетів в роботі команди над проектами;

Налагодження та постановка роботи команди: розробка, тестування, робота з вимогами;

Розробка ТЗ та комерційної пропозиції;

Супровід проекту на всіх стадіях та його здача;

Контроль ефективності команди;

Аналіз ключових показників ефективності.

Вимоги:

Скіл тайм-менеджменту;

Знання основних методологій ведення проектів: Waterfall, Agile та інші;

Розуміння етапів розробки;

Вміння розставляти пріоритети в завданнях для команди;

Базове розуміння технічних процесів або досвід роботи в ІТ;

Високий рівень організованості, уважність до деталей, системність;

Командний гравець, ініціативність та відповідальність;

Просто та переконливо доносити свою точку зору до співрозмовника;

Вміння знаходити креативний підхід до вирішення проблемних ситуацій.

Плюс в карму, якщо ти маєш гарний рівень англійської мови (Intermediate і вище).

Наразі ми в пошуку Project Manager, який зможе ефективно координувати роботу кількох команд, тримати чіткий ритм процесів та забезпечувати виконання задач у визначені терміни.

До твоїх задач буде входити:  
– Координувати кросфункціональну роботу між командами Design, Farming, Development та іншими, вибудовуючи пріоритети і забезпечуючи контроль за їх виконанням;

– Володіти ритмом зустрічей, включаючи планування сесій, ретроспектив, статус-апдейтів, ведення нотаток та контроль подальших дій;

– Здійснювати процес контролю та планування роботи в таск трекері (створення дашбордів, автоматизацій в Jira); 

– Автоматизувати рутинні завдання, використовуючи AI та no-code інструменти.

Навички, які тобі критично необхідні: 
- Базовий досвід менеджменту проєктів з роботою між кількома командами;
– Впевнене володіння Jira та Confluence, комфортна робота з налаштуванням workflow і дашбордів;
– Відмінні організаційні навички та здатність доводити справи до завершення;
– Ефективне використання AI-інструментів у щоденній роботі.

Необовʼязково, але буде плюсом:
– Досвід роботи з організацією продакшену мобільних додатків;
– Досвід роботи в сфері iGaming.

Чим ми займаємося:

• Дизайн сайтів, мобільних додатків та інших digital продуктів.
• Розробка сайтів та веб-додатків.
• Брендинг/айдентика, ілюстрації, 3D та інше.
   

Що потрібно робити?

• Грамотно писати англійською, не соромитися робити дзвінки по проєкту.
• Комунікувати з клієнтами — уточнювати вимоги, презентувати результати та отримувати зворотний зв’язок.
• Планувати робочий день/тиждень/місяць (свій та команди).
• Організовувати роботу дизайнерів та розробників, вибудовувати процеси на проєктах.
• Перевіряти результати на відповідність вимогам (як для дизайн проєктів, так і для розробки).
• Тримати руку на пульсі та контролювати ситуацію як Доктор Стрендж, взаємодіяти з іншими менеджерами.
• Користуватись програмами: Slack, ClickUp, Notion, Google Drive, тощо.
• Брати участь в обговоренні внутрішніх процесів та пропонувати нові ідеї для їх покращення.
   

Ви наш кандидат, якщо:

• Є впевнене знання англійської мови, upper-intermediate — advanced;
• Є досвід управління людьми та вирішення складних ситуацій;
