Role Overview: Our partner is seeking a Project and Integration Manager to lead the development and integration of a high-quality payment gateway within the iGaming sector. Position Overview

Klik Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing Project Management Office (PMO). Under the leadership of the PMO Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the successful delivery of cross-functional projects. This position requires strong project management skills, business acumen, and a collaborative mindset to support strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of assigned projects across various departments (IT, operations, client onboarding, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, risk management strategies, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate efforts with other Project Managers and the PMO Manager to maintain project portfolio health and consistency.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide timely updates and progress reports to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans in collaboration with the PMO.
• Utilize project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet) to track deliverables and manage workflows.
• Support the standardization of project methodologies and documentation in alignment with PMO best practices.
• Foster a collaborative and proactive project environment focused on delivery and excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT or professional services.
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in or with a structured PMO is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with service delivery models, managed IT services, or technology consulting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PM tools (e.g., Smartsheet).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
