About DALOR

DALOR is building a marketplace where people and businesses can rent equipment from local providers. We’re preparing for launch in Vienna and focusing on reliable listings, a straightforward booking experience and a strong provider network.

We’re a small startup looking for a hands-on Project Manager / QA Specialist to help coordinate delivery and check that the product works as expected. The role combines practical project coordination with manual testing.

What you’ll do

• Organize work in Trello: clarify tasks, owners, priorities, dependencies and deadlines.
• Coordinate with product, development, marketing and operations, and raise blockers early.
• Turn business needs and team decisions into clear tasks and acceptance criteria.
• Test key user journeys, including registration, listing creation, search, booking and communication.
• Run regression checks before releases and after important changes.
• Write reproducible bug reports with steps, expected and actual results, evidence and severity.
• Retest fixes and keep QA results and release readiness visible.
• Help maintain release checklists and communicate risks to the team.

What we’re looking for

• Experience coordinating delivery for a software product, startup or digital project.
• Hands-on manual QA experience with web or mobile products.
• Ability to turn unclear requests into well-scoped, testable tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to testing.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical teammates.
• Comfort working in an early-stage startup where priorities and processes may evolve.
• Experience with Trello or similar tools. Familiarity with Slack, Jira, Linear, TestRail or browser debugging tools is useful.
• Fluent Ukrainian and working English for day-to-day team communication. German is a plus.

How to apply

Please answer these questions briefly:

1. Motivation: Why are you interested in this PM / QA role at an early-stage marketplace?
2. Experience: Which product or project best demonstrates your PM or QA skills? What did you personally do?
3. AI in your work: Which AI tools do you use in project management or QA? Share one specific example of how you use them and what they help you do.

Please also complete this short practical exercise:

Scenario: A customer reports that they can’t complete a booking, and the team is preparing a release.

In a concise response, describe:

• What you would ask or check first.
• How you would write this as a Trello task, including acceptance criteria.
• Three test cases you would run.
• Whether and how AI could help you investigate or document the issue.

We’re interested in your reasoning and practical approach, not a polished presentation.

We're looking for a PM/BA to join our team and work across a mix of product and creative projects with US and European clients.

About the role
You'll own the full project lifecycle - from requirements gathering and discovery to delivery and client communication. Our projects range from product-focused work (SaaS, marketplaces, digital tools) to creative and branding initiatives. The split shifts depending on what's live, so you need to be comfortable in both worlds.
You'll also manage the people on your projects - not just tasks, but the full cycle: performance, feedback, the conversations when something's off.
This role lives at the intersection of PM and BA - you'll need both the strategic thinking and the hands-on execution.

Responsibilities:

✦ Run discovery: gather and validate requirements, build user scenarios, work with wireframes/Figma, and support the development of company product services

✦ Own backlog management, feature prioritization, sprint planning, and change requests

✦ Formulate project documentation: SRS, DoD, RACI, roadmap, supplementary artifacts, and diagrams

✦ Lead client communication with US/EU accounts, push back when needed, participate in pre-sales, and spot upsell opportunities

✦ Coordinate budgets, billing cadence, weekly client invoices, resource planning, and financial forecasting for client portfolios

✦ Manage designers and developers on your projects across the full employee lifecycle

✦ Build AI/automations and custom dashboards in PM tools (ClickUp, etc.) to replace manual tasks

✦ Contribute to audits and R&D initiatives

What we're looking for

✦ 3+ years in PM, BA, or a hybrid role across at least 2 companies on market-facing products

✦ Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and hands-on experience with wireframes and Figma

✦ Metrics mindset: experience defining KPIs, analyzing product data, and driving business decisions

✦ Proven track record in budget planning, forecasting, portfolio billing, and capacity coordination

✦ Ability to automate PM systems (ClickUp etc.) and build dashboards instead of managing processes manually

✦ Strong English (C1 minimum) with an American communication style: direct, proactive, no passive updates

✦ Full lifecycle people management experience and a commercial mindset

✦ Flexibility to navigate different project types and collaborate across multiple product teams simultaneously

Nice to have

✦ GTM (Go-To-Market) experience

✦ Experience in design-heavy projects or creative direction workflows

✦ Background in outstaffing or agency environments

What we offer:
✦ 8-hour working day
✦ 21 days of paid vacation
✦ 14 days of paid sick leave
✦ Unlimited days off
✦ Compensation for professional and English courses
✦ Fun corporate events and a friendly team atmosphere 🎉

• Manage service content: keep VAS-facing texts and visuals current, accurate, and on-brand.
• Represent our services publicly: run our social media presence so it reflects the quality of what we build.
