We are now looking for a Product Manager who will take full ownership of this new direction - from business strategy and product development to commercial performance and market growth.

What You Will Do

Product Strategy & Ownership

• Take full ownership of the card business direction and lead product development from concept to launch.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, positioning, and growth opportunities.
• Work closely with technology partners, payment providers, and internal teams to deliver the product.
• Develop strategies for both digital and physical card products.

Commercial Model & Analytics

• Build and optimize the card business model, including revenue streams, pricing, interchange economics, and profitability.

• Define and monitor key product metrics: acquisition, activation, retention, transaction volumes, and customer satisfaction.

Product Launch & Operations

• Lead the end-to-end launch of digital and physical card products.
• Coordinate collaboration with technology, legal, compliance, operations, and external partners.
• Manage processes related to card issuance, delivery, and customer experience.

Partnerships & Growth

• Manage relationships with payment partners, processors, technology providers, and other stakeholders.
• Support expansion of the product ecosystem and identify new growth opportunities.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and drive product scaling.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in fintech, digital banking, payments, or card products.
• Proven experience launching or managing payment products, digital banking solutions, or card programs.
• Strong understanding of card business models, payment processing, interchange economics, and product monetization.
• Experience working with Visa / Mastercard ecosystems is highly preferred.
• Background in fintech startups, neobanks, payment companies, or financial platforms is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Discovery & Requirements Gathering

• Work closely with customers, stakeholders, business teams, and internal users to understand business needs and pain points.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

• Use AI tools to transform requirements and concepts into interactive prototypes, workflows, UI concepts, and functional demonstrations.
• Experiment with different AI tools to accelerate product discovery, analysis, documentation, and delivery.

4. System & Technical Analysis

• Perform system analysis to understand existing architecture, workflows, integrations, dependencies, and limitations.
• Analyze existing features and systems to identify improvement opportunities.

• Work with support, sales, customer success, and other teams to ensure they understand new functionality.
• Keep documentation aligned with product releases and feature changes.

7. Go-to-Market & Feature Adoption

• Support go-to-market activities for new features and product capabilities.
• Translate product functionality into clear customer-facing value propositions and use cases.
• Work with marketing, sales, customer success, and other teams to support feature launches.
• Help develop feature adoption strategies, onboarding materials, release communications, and enablement content.

• Work closely with engineering, design, QA, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Participate in sprint planning, refinement, demos, reviews, and other product development activities.
