Requirements:

• 2+ years as a Product Designer
• Proven experience building a design system from scratch, not only working within an existing one. 
• Strong Figma with a systems mindset — components, auto-layout, variants, tokens, interactive prototypes. 
• Full-cycle product design experience: from hypothesis and research through UX/UI to handoff and measured results.
• Portfolio with conversion-driven flows (quiz funnels, onboarding, paywalls/subscription). 
• Mobile app design experience across iOS and Android patterns.

Responsibilities:

• Own full-cycle mobile product design (onboarding, paywall/subscription, customization & shop, content modules): from hypothesis → research → UX/UI → handoff to development → measurable result.
• Build and grow a design system from scratch for iOS and Android as the foundation for fast, consistent releases.
• Design quiz funnels end-to-end — step flow, question layouts, interstitials, paywall — with efficient turnaround. 
• Turn product requirements into clear UX flows, user stories, UI screens, and interactive prototypes in Figma. 
• Run competitive UI/UX analysis and adapt the best solutions to business goals. 
• Work closely with PM, PMM, and engineers, defend design decisions, and iterate quickly.

Part-time Product/UX Designer — Deberts Club (мобільна карткова гра)

Part-time Product/UX Designer — Deberts Club (Mobile Card Game)

We're a small product team building Deberts Club — a mobile app (iOS + Android) based on a popular Ukrainian card game ("Деберц"). Our core audience is 35+ users across Ukraine, Romania, Moldova, and the diaspora.

The product is live. Figma files exist. We need a fresh perspective.

What you'll do:

• Audit existing screens and identify UX friction points
• Simplify and clarify UI flows for a 35+ audience
• Propose and iterate on solutions in Figma alongside the team
• Maintain consistency within the existing design system

Terms:

• Hourly rate, ~20 hours/week

We are looking for a strong AI Prototyping Specialist / Claude Code Product Engineer to permanently support our product and concept team.

Your main responsibility will be to turn product ideas, meeting notes, feature concepts, and UX requirements into clickable prototypes and structured software mockups. These prototypes will later be used by our development team as the basis for implementation.

This is not a classical backend or frontend developer role. We are looking for someone who can work very fast with Claude Code and modern AI development tools, but who also understands product logic, user flows, UI/UX structure, and software concepts.

You will work closely with the product owner, management, and the development team.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain clickable prototypes and software mockups
• Translate meeting summaries, product ideas, and rough concepts into structured prototype screens
• Suggest practical implementation ideas and product improvements
• Create clear user flows, UI structures, and interaction logic
• Work with Claude Code on a very high level
• Manage branches, deployments, and prototype versions
• Prepare prototypes so developers can understand and implement them efficiently

We are looking for a Senior Product UI/UX Designer to join our team. Templify is a high-growth mobile/web ecosystem that helps creators and businesses produce high-quality video content using professional templates. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead visual and interaction design, delivering premium iOS experiences with native Apple patterns and polished micro-interactions
• Design emotionally engaging user experiences through motion, transitions, and delightful interactions
• Leverage AI tools (Claude, Figma AI, image/UI generators) to accelerate ideation, workflows, and production

We are Artelo, a rapidly growing print-on-demand platform with our own manufacturing facility. We have a large roadmap and are looking for a very senior product designer with a great eye for design and impeccable Figma skills. This is a part-time role. Right now, we have a lot of design work, but this fluctuates from time to time. We will want you to be available to dive into things. The right candidate may also move into adjacent design roles (think marketing-related, if that is a mutual fit and we like working with you). 

This is not an easy product to design. It requires a lot of experience in e-commerce platforms like Shopify/Etsy, print-on-demand workflows, and art. You will work directly with our founder on highly specific, customer-facing features that will require an intimate understanding.

1. Requirements and nice-to-haves

Hard requirements

• Senior product / UI / UX design skill. 5+ years of experience. You can take a feature from a kick-off discussion to a complete, ready-to-build design — every screen, every transition, every empty / loading / error state — and make the calls on what it looks like, how it feels, where everything goes.
• Web-platform fluency. You read and compose HTML and CSS (we use Tailwind) without help. You are comfortable in a real codebase — opening files, editing JSX or templates, running a dev server, seeing your change in the browser. You do not need to be an engineer; you need to be a designer who lives in the div-and-tag layer rather than in Figma alone.
• Evidence of prior shipped product work. We want to see features that real users use, with you describing your role in shipping them — not Figma case-study mock-ups, not concept reels.
• Strong written and spoken English. The team works in English end-to-end.
• Time zone overlap. At least four hours of daily working-time overlap with London.

Nice-to-haves

• Fluency with AI-assisted coding tools. Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Lovable, v0, Bolt, or similar.
• A public footprint in the design-engineer orbit. Public contributions, a browsable interactive portfolio, etc. We notice this.
