Кого ми шукаємо насправді:

Нам не потрібен просто «таргетолог», який уміє натискати кнопки в рекламних кабінетах. Ми шукаємо Marketing Manager з функцією User Acquisition.

Це гібридна роль на перетині маркетингу, продукту та аналітики. Ви будете ключовим драйвером зростання, відповідальним не лише за залучення трафіку, а й за його «приживаність» у продукті. Ваша зона відповідальності не закінчується на реєстрації — вона закінчується грошима в касі.
 

Ваші ключові задачі:

1. Управління шляхом користувача (Product & Funnel Optimization):

• Це ваше пріоритетне завдання. Ви повинні детально розуміти та оптимізувати User Flow: від кліку по рекламі → реєстрації → триалу → до покупки.
• Знаходити вузькі місця у воронці (де користувач «відвалюється», чому не проходить оплата, де не вистачає вебінару або підказки).
• Ставити задачі (ТЗ) розробці та продуктовій команді для покращення цих шляхів. Якщо трафік не конвертується через незручну оплату або складний інтерфейс — це ваша зона відповідальності виявити проблему та ініціювати її вирішення.

2. Глибока аналітика:

• Вам доведеться працювати не лише з метриками рекламних кабінетів (CPC/CTR), а й із продуктовими даними.
• Самостійно аналізувати когорти, розуміти поведінку трафіку з різних країн і на основі даних приймати рішення: масштабувати канал чи змінювати продуктову логіку.
• Формувати дашборди, висувати гіпотези та фіксувати результати тестів.

3. Побудова системи закупівлі трафіку (User Acquisition):

• Розробка стратегії залучення (США, Європа).
• Запуск кампаній власноруч у ключових каналах та управління підрядниками/агенціями в інших.
• Ми очікуємо, що ви вмієте залучати якісний трафік, але розумієте, що без ефективної продуктової воронки це просто злив бюджету.
   

Наш ідеальний кандидат:

• Мислення Product Manager: Ви розумієте, що залучення — це лише початок. Ви мислите воронками та сценаріями поведінки користувача.
• Досвід: Ви вже будували системи User Acquisition, де маркетинг нерозривно пов’язаний із продуктом. Досвід у SaaS/FinTech буде великим плюсом.
• Аналітичне мислення: Ви не чекаєте готових звітів — ви самі працюєте з даними, щоб зрозуміти причини змін у конверсії.
• Проактивність: Ви здатні помітити, що «в Німеччині не проходить оплата», і піти до розробників, а не просто вимкнути рекламу.
• Англійська: Upper-Intermediate (для роботи із західними ринками).
• Розуміння трейдингу: розумієте різницю між аудиторіями скальперів і дейтрейдерів.

About the Role

We're hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to be the operational backbone of our marketing function. You'll work directly with our Marketing Lead and COO and own the execution layer - turning ideas into shipped campaigns, building the systems that make them repeatable, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks across content, design, influencer, and UGC. The Growth Lead owns direction; you own delivery.

What You'll Do

• Control timelines and task assignment across publishing, content, design, and video
• Coordinate handoffs between copy, design, and publishing so nothing stalls
• Build and run the operating system for our influencer and UGC programs — outreach, briefs, tracking, performance
• Automate manual workflows and research new tools, platforms, and approaches
• Hire and onboard marketing talent when we expand (video editors, creators, content people)

• Own the outcomes: keep dashboards tight and the team accountable to timelines and quality

   

Requirements

• 2+ years in marketing operations, marketing project management, or a similar coordination role
• Track record of running multiple projects in parallel in fast-moving environments
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay calm when 5 things need to be done yesterday
• AI-native working style - you build automations, not just prompts
• English B2+ (written and spoken)
• iPhone user
• Responsive in chats during 13:00–22:00 Kyiv time.

We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to drive and scale influencer partnerships across the Asia and MENA markets. This role will oversee the full influencer marketing lifecycle - from sourcing and recruiting relevant Influencers to executing campaigns that deliver measurable results, foster brand growth, and generate high-quality leads.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit relevant influencers, content creators, brand ambassadors, and other KOLs, aligning with business objectives.
• Manage influencer marketing campaigns from inception to execution.
• Collaborate with influencers to develop creative content: write briefs, scripts, generate innovative ideas, and oversee production workflows while managing campaign timelines and deliverables.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors, managing ongoing projects and fostering brand loyalty and sustainable partnerships.
• Identify and manage contractors, including local agencies across Asia and MENA, ensuring smooth execution of influencer marketing projects and production services.
• Develop and execute comprehensive influencer strategies, manage budgets, oversee project progress, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights.
   

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in global influencer marketing.
• Experience in at least one of the following industries: online brokers, fintech, crypto, or igaming.
• Proven track record of successfully building and managing influencer partnerships, consistently delivering measurable outcomes.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills in English (B2 or higher).
• Excellent content management skills, with the ability to oversee content creation from concept to final delivery.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to manage projects, budgets, service agreements and analytics effectively.
• Experience with industry tools such as HypeAuditor, Brandwatch, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
   

Nice to have

• Experience working in Asia and MENA regions.

We are looking for someone who has:

• 2+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, retention, or product-led marketing within a product or SaaS company.
• Hands-on experience setting up and launching email campaigns (triggers, newsletters, and lifecycle emails) using CRM/ESP platforms such as Reteno or similar tools.
• Experience building and optimizing email automation flows (welcome, onboarding, retention, reactivation).
• Experience developing and maintaining an email communication strategy for B2C products.
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation and personalization.
• Experience analyzing email performance metrics, including Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Unsubscribe Rate.
• Experience running A/B tests on subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times.
• Knowledge of email deliverability best practices (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, sender reputation).
• Understanding of email compliance requirements (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, EAA, etc.).
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for editing or reviewing email templates.
• Experience supporting multilingual email communications across different markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the email lifecycle strategy, including welcome, onboarding, retention, and reactivation campaigns.
• Analyze and optimize the email conversion funnel, retention mechanics, and RFM segmentation.
• Plan and run A/B tests focused on key business metrics such as LTV, Retention, and Churn.
• Segment user audiences and deliver personalized email communications.
• Monitor and analyze email performance, including Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate, Delivery Rate, Unsubscribe Rate, and Spam Rate.
• Continuously improve customer retention through email marketing initiatives.
• Manage email infrastructure, including domains, deliverability, and sender reputation.
• Ensure compliance with technical requirements of email providers (Gmail, Outlook, etc.).
• Build and optimize automated email workflows and trigger-based campaigns.
• Ensure all email communications comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, EAA, and other applicable regulations.

— Run A/B and multivariate tests end-to-end, ensuring statistical rigor and actionable insights;
— Leverage AI tools to enhance hypothesis generation, prioritization, and A/B testing processes (including ideation, analysis, and insight extraction);
— Collaborate closely with Product, UA, Creative, and Analytics teams to identify, test, and scale high-impact growth opportunities;
— Analyze user behavior and performance data to discover conversion bottlenecks and growth levers;
— Work with Meta, Google, and AppLovin performance marketing channels;
— Research markets and competitors to inform positioning, pricing, and funnel improvements;
— Build and maintain a structured hypothesis pipeline, using frameworks like ICE or RICE to drive prioritization;
— Report key learnings and insights to leadership, translating data into strategy and next-step actions.

What we’re looking for:
— 3+ years of experience in Growth, Product, or Product Marketing roles, including B2C subscription-based products;
— Proven success in conversion optimization, monetization, and scaling acquisition or retention funnels;
— Strong proficiency in A/B testing, experimentation design, and data-driven decision-making;
— Deep understanding of unit economics, LTV/CAC, and core performance metrics;
— Practical experience using AI tools to support hypothesis generation, experimentation (A/B testing), and data analysis;
— Experience working with web analytics tools and data visualization platforms;
— Ability to develop and validate growth hypotheses across the funnel, supported by both quantitative and qualitative data;
