We are looking for AI Engineer / AI Architect with deep knowledge of Fundamental Mathematics, Probability Theory and Bayesian Statistics, Graph Algorithms, Mathematics of Transformers, Hybrid AI Approaches, Uncertainty Assessment.

Must-have skills are:
1. ML and Data Science (Core):
- Expert in NLP & LLM: Deep understanding of Transformers architecture (BERT, RoBERTa, GPT, T5, Llama/Mistral). Experience with Large Language Models (LLM) – not prompt engineering, but fine-tuning (PEFT, LoRA) of open-source models on specific datasets.
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation): Experience building RAG systems is required. The AI ​​must be able to search for information in different data sources.
- Named Entity Recognition (NER) & Information Extraction: Ability to extract specific entities from unstructured text.
- Tabular Data & Classic ML: Confident use of classical algorithms (XGBoost, CatBoost, LightGBM) for analyzing structured data and building probability scoring models.
- Frameworks: PyTorch (preferred) or TensorFlow/Keras. Proficiency in HuggingFace, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy.

2. MLOps:
- Experience wrapping models in APIs (FastAPI, Flask) with minimal latency. 

- Docker knowledge and experience working with local GPU instances are required.
- Experience working with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Qdrant, ChromaDB) for quickly searching for similar cases or working with knowledge bases.

- ML Pipelines: Experience building model training and retraining pipelines (Airflow, MLflow, DVC).

3. MedTech and Security:
- Practical working experience with sensitive personal data and GDPR/DSGVO requirements.

- It is important to be able to deploy and optimize local models (Llama 3, Mistral, Mixtral) within a closed company environment to ensure data privacy.
- Skills in quantization and distillation of models to speed up work without significant loss of quality.

Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience working specifically with medical data (EHR, EMR; HL7, FHIR, ICD-10/11 standards). 

- Knowledge of Interpretability/Explainable AI (XAI) methods. The end user should understand why the AI ​​suggested a particular option (SHAP, LIME).

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

AI Agents & Automation

• Design and implement AI agents that act as technical/operational assistants (process execution, monitoring, decision support).
• Translate business problems into practical AI use cases using LLMs, APIs, and orchestration frameworks.

• Build end-to-end automation flows integrating AI agents with enterprise systems.

   

Business & Consulting Work

• Engage directly with business stakeholders and department heads to understand workflows, constraints, and priorities.
• Evaluate client businesses and map current IT and process landscapes.
• Propose realistic AI-driven improvements aligned with business goals, security requirements, and operational constraints.

• Support clients in adopting AI solutions, including explaining how systems work and how teams should interact with them.

   

Technical Design & Security

• Design AI solutions with a strong focus on security, compliance, and data protection, especially for enterprise and regulated environments.
• Work with APIs, system integrations, and data pipelines to ensure stable and scalable solutions.

• Make architectural decisions balancing speed, reliability, and long-term maintainability.

   

Research, R&D & Enablement

• Continuously research new approaches in LLMs, AI agents, orchestration frameworks, and automation tools.
• Participate in internal R&D initiatives and help shape internal best practices.
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing and educational activities (internal sessions, client workshops, presentations).

• Support product teams with AI expertise when needed.

   

Pre-Sales & Client Interaction

• Participate in pre-sales activities: technical discovery, solution design, estimations, and presentations.
• Help shape proposals and technical narratives for clients.

• Represent the company in client meetings as a trusted technical and business advisor.

   

Requirements

• Strong technical background (engineering, architecture, or senior technical consulting).
• Practical experience working with LLMs, APIs, and automation systems.
• Hands-on involvement in client-facing roles (consulting, solution delivery, pre-sales).
• Experience evaluating business processes and proposing technical solutions.
• Solid understanding of:
  • Generative AI & LLMs
  • AI Agents and orchestration concepts
  • APIs and system integrations
  • Business process automation
• Ability to quickly understand how a business operates and turn that understanding into working AI solutions.
• Strong communication skills - able to explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable working in environments with rapid change and evolving requirements.
• Curious, pragmatic, and solution-oriented.

• Fluent English is required; additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Italian, German, French) are a plus.

   

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent business leadership training preferred.

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deliver a Proof-of-Concept (PoC) system that validates the use of Distributed Acoustic Sensing (DAS) and Automatic Identification System (AIS) data for detecting intrusions near subsea communication cables.

The solution will analyze acoustic signals from fiber-optic sensing systems together with vessel tracking data to identify potential threats to critical underwater infrastructure. The goal is to provide early warning capabilities, enabling timely intervention and protection of subsea assets.

This is you

• Strong experience in Machine Learning / AI development
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn
• Experience working with time-series data or signal processing
• Experience building ML pipelines for data processing and model training

We’re hiring an AI Agent Architect to design and build production-grade autonomous AI agents powered by LLMs. This role is for someone who has already shipped agentic systems, can architect multi-step reasoning pipelines, and knows how to make RAG reliable through evaluation, while optimizing cost at scale and addressing real-world failure modes.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Building and operating autonomous AI agents in production
• Designing multi-step reasoning pipelines (planning, tool-use, orchestration)
• Implementing RAG systems end-to-end and setting up evaluation to measure and improve quality
• Driving LLM cost optimization at scale (model selection, routing, caching/batching strategies, usage controls)

• Serve as a force multiplier for development teams by creating golden paths that remove roadblocks and improve ideation and innovation

• Design and deliver tasks end-to-end with little guidance from Senior team members
• Provide support to teams building and deploying AI applications by addressing common pain points in the MLDLC

We’re looking for you if you have

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Machine Learning, or a similar field preferred (or commensurate experience)
• 3+ years of experience in hands-on development and deployment of Machine Learning algorithms and services
• 3+ years of experience supporting the entire MLDLC, including post-deployment operations such as monitoring and maintenance
• 3+ years of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience with at least 50% of:
  PyTorch, Tensorflow, LangChain, scikit-learn, Redis, Elasticsearch, Amazon SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Weights & Biases, FastAPI, Prometheus, Grafana, Apache Kafka, Apache Airflow, MLflow, KubeFlow
• Ability to break large, complex problems into well-defined steps, ensuring iterative development and continuous improvement
• Experience in cloud-native delivery, with practical understanding of containerization technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker
• Proficiency in GitOps and creation/management of CI/CD pipelines
• Demonstrated experience building and using SQL/NoSQL databases
• Demonstrated experience with Python (Java is a plus) and other relevant programming languages and tools.
• Good problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and scalability in a global context.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal customers across various cultures and regions.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure).
• Proficiency in GitOps practices and CI/CD pipeline development and management.
• Observability and monitoring: Integration experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and building instrumented, production-ready systems.
• LLM Infrastructure: Experience provisioning and managing Large Language Models through managed services (Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, Amazon Bedrock).
• LLM Tooling: Hands-on experience with LLM gateways (LiteLLM) and agentic frameworks (LangGraph, LangSmith, or similar).
• Vector Systems: Practical experience with vector embedding models and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, pgvector).
• RAG Systems: Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems and evaluating both retrieval quality and generation performance.
• Cloud-native experience with services like Amazon SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, or Azure ML
• Familiarity with ML frameworks and tools: PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn
• Experience with data infrastructure: Redis, Elasticsearch, Apache Kafka.
