2. 1. Education Background: College degree or above, native Ukrainian at the C1 level. English can support inner training.

Що потрібно буде робити

• Щодня обробляти релевантні проєкти на Upwork у напрямах Amazon і TikTok Shop і надсилати персоналізовані пропозиції (не шаблони).
• Вести outbound через LinkedIn, email, Facebook, Telegram — знаходити Amazon-бренди, писати перше повідомлення так, щоб отримати відповідь.
• Кваліфікувати ліда: цілі бренду, стадія бізнесу, бюджет, відповідність послугам AMS Pilot.
• Передавати кваліфікованого ліда сейлз-клоузеру: призначати дзвінок і давати повний контекст (без «розбирайся сам»).
• За потреби — робити короткий Loom-аудит акаунту бренду перед дзвінком, щоб підвищити конверсію.
• Тримати CRM в актуальному стані, виконувати щотижневі KPI по touch-ах, відповідях і призначених дзвінках.
• Раз на тиждень репортувати команді, що спрацювало в аутричі, а що ні.

Що допоможе стартувати швидше (не мастхев)

• Досвід outreach у сервісній агенції (Amazon, PPC, e-commerce — плюсом).
• Робота з Sales Navigator, Snov.io, Lemlist, Apollo, Instantly чи чимось подібним.
• Розуміння юніт-економіки Amazon-бренду й того, чим болить продавець на маркетплейсі.
• Провести швидкий огляд акаунту
• Копірайтинг для outbound: коротко, під конкретного адресата, без «привіт, як справи».
