Position Overview:
We are looking for a Senior DevOps engineer, located in Poland (100% remote). Key Responsibilities:

The Role

We're hiring a RevOps & Business Systems Manager to own the systems, automation, and operational backbone of our business.

You'll be the person who makes our sales & marketing engine run flawlessly, our customer success motion operate without friction, our financial systems stay clean, and our new hires onboard seamlessly. Every automation that touches this business will be yours to build, own, and improve.

This is a builder role, not a strategy seat. You'll be in Make, N8N, GHL, Close, Airtable, and Claude every single day shipping automations that move the business forward.

• Financial Systems — Integrations between QuickBooks, our CRMs, and payment processors, plus commission tracking and financial dashboards for leadership.

   

• New Hire Onboarding — Automated workflows for every advisor, triager, and ops hire — account provisioning, training paths, and SOPs that get people productive in days, not weeks.

   

• New Product Launches — Partner with leadership on every new product or service we ship — funnel, landing pages, tracking, CRM flows, attribution, fulfillment handoffs. End to end.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities

About the Role
This role is for someone who wants to combine deep technical expertise with real product impact.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will help define infrastructure and DevOps practices, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure high standards of reliability and scalability. You will own infrastructure and delivery processes end-to-end - from understanding system needs to implementation, releases, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

The role does not require close day-to-day collaboration with the product team, but it does require full ownership of infrastructure-related processes and outcomes.
