Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience with Kubernetes (AWS EKS).

- Experience with creating/managing a GitOps pipeline using ArgoCD.

- Experience with service mesh tools like Istio, LinkerD etc.

- 4+ years of experience with managing Linux-based systems, TCP/IP networking.

- 3+ years of experience with IaC and config management tools such as Terraform, Ansible.

• Oversee the reliability and performance of critical systems, ensuring they meet the agreed-upon SLOs and are resilient to failure
• Participate in new platform design and implementation
• Drive efficient operational work of a team: priorities and planning, manage on-call rotation, lead incidents managements and postmortems
• Drive continual improvements in SRE Service by monitoring new trends and introducing new practices, approaches, and tools. Improve the existing ones to ensure the service’s effectiveness and long-term strategic development
• Lead and build DevOps culture in engineering organization
• Together with other managers of engineering directions, participate in creating a technological strategy. Lead creation of SRE strategy and goals

Responsibilities:

• Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates for both on-premises and Azure resources.
• Implement monitoring and alerting solutions with Azure Monitor and Grafana to enhance system observability across environments.
• Participate in on-call rotations, resolving escalation cases using PagerDuty or Jira Service Management.
• Conduct post-incident reviews to drive continuous improvement and reduce incident recurrence.
• Document processes and share knowledge using Confluence to support team collaboration.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to optimize Apache Spark and Azure Data Factory workloads in on-premises and Azure environments.
• Ensure high availability and security of hybrid systems, leveraging Azure AD and other security frameworks.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of industry experience in DevOps or SRE roles.
• Hands-on experience with Azure-native services (AKS, Azure DevOps, Azure Monitor, Azure Blob Storage, Cosmos DB, Fabric) and on-premises infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or Azure ARM templates.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, and containerization (Docker) in both on-premises and cloud settings.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Azure Monitor or Grafana.
• Experience with databases (e.g., Azure SQL Database, Cosmos DB, or PostgreSQL).
• Expertise in REST and SOAP APIs, with knowledge of secure data practices (OAuth, HTTPS, SSH, Azure AD).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and take ownership of systems and processes in hybrid environments.
