Шукаємо UX/UI дизайнера рівня Junior або Middle для роботи над сучасними вебсервісами та внутрішніми системами.

Основні завдання:

— створення дизайну вебінтерфейсів у Figma;
— розробка та покращення користувацьких сценаріїв;
— створення wireframes, інтерактивних прототипів і готових UI-макетів;
— робота з компонентами та дизайн-системою;
— адаптація інтерфейсів під різні розміри екранів;
— взаємодія з розробниками та менеджером проєкту;
— внесення змін до наявних макетів.

Вимоги:

— впевнене володіння Figma;
— вміння створювати інтерактивні прототипи у Figma;
— розуміння принципів UX/UI дизайну;
— знання типографіки, композиції, кольору та візуальної ієрархії;
— вміння працювати з Auto Layout, Components і Variants;
— розуміння принципів адаптивного дизайну;
— уважність до деталей і здатність аргументувати свої рішення;
— наявність портфоліо.

Буде перевагою:

— досвід роботи над CRM, ERP, SaaS або іншими складними вебсистемами;
— досвід у графічному дизайні та створенні рекламних матеріалів;
— базове розуміння HTML/CSS та процесу frontend-розробки;
— досвід створення або підтримки дизайн-систем.

⚙️ Вимоги

• Must-Haves:
  • 2+ роки досвіду досвід у створенні сценаріїв для рекламних відео-креативів;
  • Досвід роботи в сфері Performance Marketing: глибоке розуміння особливостей відео-креативів в цій сфері і як створити креатив з високою конверсією;
  • Досвід просування продуктів на ринок США: знання специфіки американського ринку для ефективної роботи з ним;
  • Значні аналітичні здібності: вміння доводити свою точку зору і приймати рішення спираючись на дані і показники;
  • Видатні результати на попередніх місцях роботи: підкріплені конкретними показниками та досягненнями;
  • Системність: вміння мислити структурно, та здатність бачити загальну картину й водночас керувати деталями;
  • Вільне володіння українською мовою;
  • Англійська мова на рівні С1: вільне володіння англійською мовою для створення контенту для міжнародних ринків.
• Nice-to-Haves:
  • Досвід роботи у сфері Home Services;
  • Досвід в копірайтингу з акцентом на маркетинг і продажі;
  • Досвід самостійної розробки відео-креативів;
  • Високий рівень володіння/ознайомленості з AI інструментами для відео-креативів.

🎯 Зона відповідальності

• Координувати команду відео-монтажерів (3-5 людей);
• Розробляти концепти висококонверсійних відео-креативів та писати ТЗ/сценарії для відеомонтажерів;
• Збирати дані щодо результативності креативів від команди маркетингу та аналізувати їх ефективність;
• Формувати ефективну взаємодію й обмін зворотним зв’язком між креативною та маркетинговою командами;
• Писати контент, що «продає», для маркетингових воронок: посадкових сторінок та рекламних оголошень (другорядна задача).

При бажанні, можна самостійно розробляти відео креативи, за які будуть нараховуватися бонуси як і іншим відео-крієйтерам, але це не є обовʼязковим.

🧠 Як виглядає процес

1. Mini-Research (опційно, перед першим етапом): якщо у вас немає прикладів performance-креативів (через NDA або брак релевантного досвіду), ми можемо запропонувати короткий ресерч: підібрати 10 відеокреативів з відкритих джерел із фокусом на performance;
2. Initial Interview: перша зустріч з TA Manager, де ми обговорюємо мотивація, очікування від ролі та контекст попереднього досвіду. Використовуються behavioral-питання, щоб зрозуміти підхід до роботи, відповідальність і спосіб прийняття рішень;
3. Technical Interview: розмова з CMO, сфокусована на практиці. Розглядаються реальні кейси, типові задачі та логіка мислення. Без абстракцій — тільки те, як приймаються рішення і які результати за ними стоять;
4. Test Task: оплачуване практичне завдання, максимально наближене до реальних задач команди, яке зазвичай потребує 6–8 годин. Оцінюється підхід до виконання, пріоритети та спосіб мислення, а не лише фінальний результат;
5. Final Interview: глибинне інтерв’ю за методологією Who Interview. Проходимося по ключовим етапам карʼєри: досягнення, помилки, рішення і рівень відповідальності;
6. Reference Check: фінальний етап — збір зворотного зв’язку від попередніх колег або керівників для підтвердження загальної картини.
