Across our projects, Python is the core skill we expect. Key responsibilities:

Who We're Looking For:

• Programming Skills (Key Requirement)
  Strong programming skills in Python (e.g. pandas, PySpark, SQLAlchemy, airflow-like tools). Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code is essential. Experience with other programming languages is a plus.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with building data pipelines, ideally using Spark (PySpark) or similar distributed processing frameworks.

• Partner system (PRM, e.g. Introw.io). Deploy and own the PRM: data model, deal registration, attribution, partner workflows, and payouts.
• Data architecture, quality, and automation. Own enrichment, routing, scoring, and attribution, and automate lead capture, handoffs, lifecycle, and renewals so teams move without manual setup.
• Integrations and MCP. Connect the stack through APIs and prepare it for MCP access so it's ready for AI agents (e.g. Gemini Enterprise).
