Content We Want to Produce

The creator should be comfortable developing content such as before-and-after videos, emergency glass repairs, broken-to-restored transformations, luxury shower enclosures, storefront installations, historical window restoration, large custom glass projects, educational “Did you know?” videos, common window problems, behind-the-scenes footage, technician POV videos, customer testimonials, project walkthroughs, and visually satisfying installation videos.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have proven experience creating social media content and strong skills in video shooting and editing. Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software is preferred. The candidate should understand Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and current short-form content trends and be able to create professional content using both smartphones and cameras.

You'll own content at JetOctopus end to end. Not "write what you're told," but set the strategy, plan it, ship it, and answer for whether it moves the business.
 

Your main mission right now: maximum visibility for our site in both classic search and LLM answers. That means content written for how these systems find and cite sources, plus a presence beyond our own domain — Reddit, YouTube, third-party publications. You won't do all of that with your own hands; colleagues and freelancers will help in those channels. But the strategy that ties it together is yours.

We're looking for a hands-on CRM / Retention Manager to build and scale player lifecycle communications from the ground up.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating systems, launching campaigns, testing hypotheses, and directly influencing retention, engagement, and revenue metrics.

What You'll Do

• Build and manage CRM processes in Customer.io
• Set up segments, events, attributes, automated journeys, and communication flows
• Launch and optimize campaigns across Email, SMS, Push, In-App, and other channels
• Work closely with the Casino Manager on promotions, offers, and player engagement activities
• Develop and improve bonus mechanics and retention initiatives while maintaining promo efficiency
• Run A/B tests and continuously optimize CRM performance
• Monitor key retention metrics, identify bottlenecks, and uncover growth opportunities
• Improve player lifecycle communications through personalization and data-driven segmentation

What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years of CRM / Retention experience in iGaming
• Strong hands-on mindset with high ownership and execution skills
• Experience building CRM infrastructure and retention processes from scratch
• Deep understanding of player segmentation (RFM, behavioral, lifecycle, VIP, anti-abuse)
• Strong experience with Customer.io or similar CRM platforms
• Practical experience with Email, SMS, Web Push, and In-App communications
• Experience designing, launching, and analyzing A/B tests
• Strong CRM analytics skills and data-driven decision-making approach
• Understanding of deliverability, inbox placement, open rates, and engagement metrics
• Experience with personalization, dynamic content, localization, UTM tracking, and content rules

What You’ll Build

During your first months, you’ll help transform Dinarys’ marketing foundation by building an AI-native knowledge ecosystem. You’ll work on structuring the company’s expertise into a scalable knowledge base, designing content architecture, and developing AI-powered workflows that make our expertise accessible to both people and AI systems.

This role goes far beyond creating content. You’ll help shape how our knowledge is organized, connected, and distributed to strengthen brand authority, improve discoverability across search engines and LLMs, and create a long-term foundation that supports marketing, sales, and future AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously evolve Dinarys’ Brand & Knowledge Strategy.
• Design and build a scalable knowledge infrastructure across the website and marketing assets.
• Define information architecture, content hierarchy, entities, and relationships across industries, services, technologies, and customer challenges.
• Build an AI-ready content ecosystem that improves discoverability across Google, LLMs, AI assistants, and future agentic systems.
• Develop a semantic SEO and entity-first content strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct interviews with customers, Solution Architects, Project Managers, engineers, and leadership to transform expertise into reusable knowledge assets.
• Create customer success stories, technical case studies, solution pages, whitepapers, executive content, landing pages, and industry resources.
• Lead thought leadership initiatives around the CEO and technical experts.
• Design and optimize AI-powered content workflows using modern AI tools and agents.
• Continuously experiment with new AI capabilities, content operations, and knowledge management approaches.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, Delivery, and Leadership to ensure marketing supports commercial growth.
• Measure and optimize brand visibility, organic growth, AI discoverability, and content performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B Content Marketing, Brand Marketing, Content Strategy, Knowledge Management, or a related field.
• Experience developing and executing strategic content initiatives.
• Strong business storytelling and interviewing skills.
• Experience transforming technical expertise into business-focused content.
• Strong understanding of SEO, semantic search, content architecture, and information organization.
• Experience designing scalable content systems rather than only producing individual assets.
• Experience working with software development, SaaS, AI, technology, or ecommerce companies.
• Practical experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.) to improve marketing workflows.
• Ability to work independently, identify gaps, and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Excellent English (Upper-Intermediate+).

Nice to Have

• Experience with Knowledge Management or Information Architecture.
• Understanding of entity-based AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), or LLM optimization.
• Experience with AI agents and agentic workflows.
