Our client is a defense holding scaling into a management structure with verticals in optics, communications, and strike systems (Deep Strike). The company develops and mass-produces a line of UAVs – ranging from reconnaissance drones to long-range solutions that change the situation in the field every day.

We are looking for a leader who will be responsible for defining and executing a unified product strategy across the group of companies, ensuring the transition from R&D development to serial production and the scaling of products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a unified product strategy across all companies and product lines within the group, ensuring alignment between key verticals (optics, communications, electronics, UAV systems).
• Ensure the transition of products from the R&D stage to serial production and their scaling to thousands of units.
• Coordinate collaboration between R&D centers and production sites to ensure a smooth transition from development to serial manufacturing and the implementation of product changes.
• Manage the full product portfolio lifecycle across the group of companies - from concept to serial production and ongoing support.
• Coordinate the work of product teams and technical leads across different companies within the group.
• Ensure alignment between product teams and the Head of Experience Officer to incorporate field feedback into future product iterations.
• Participate in decisions regarding the inclusion of new products and technologies in the group portfolio based on market needs, battlefield feedback, and strategic priorities.
• Report to the group leadership on the status of product initiatives, key metrics, and development outlook.

• Align product roadmaps with production capabilities, procurement processes, and supply chain constraints.

   

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a CPO or Product Director position in complex Hardware + Software projects (MilTech or the aerospace sector).
• Deep understanding of the production lifecycle of high–tech products.
• Ability to transform chaotic market (front–line) requests into clear technical tasks and product backlogs.
• Experience in scaling products from the R&D stage to serial production (1,000+ units).

• English – B2+ (for working with international suppliers and technical documentation).

Основні обов’язки:

• Формування і розвиток продуктового офісу
• Управління продуктовим портфелем
• Визначення методології побудови lifecycle продукту: етапів життєвого циклу і необхідних артефактів на кожному етапі
• Координація кросфункціональних команд
• Взаємодія з партнерами
• Аналітика ринку
• Побудова процесів в рамках діяльності продуктових команд

Що важливо:

• Досвід повного самостійного управління hardware продуктом від 1-го року
• Досвід одночасного менджменту кількох продуктових лінійок
• Розуміння повного циклу розробки і введення в серійне виробництво hardware продукту
• Досвід побудови команди і процесів
• Досвід інтеграції в кросфункціональну продуктову команду інженерні, виробничі, комерційні і інші команди
• Розуміння всього життєвого циклу військового продукту
• Розуміння специфіки ринку військової техніки і озброєння
