Affiliate marketing is a channel we're actively investing in. Partnerships are already working, platforms are connected - now we need a person who will build system work with partners, set up analytics and unlock the potential of the channel.

The Role
This is an execution-focused role with real room to grow. You'll own the day-to-day of our affiliate channel: managing partner relationships, running and optimizing campaigns, tracking what works and cutting what doesn't.

You'll work with an existing set of platforms and partners — and have the space to find and bring in new ones.

What You'll Do

• Scale affiliate traffic channels to drive Amazon sales growth

• Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage new affiliates, webmasters, and affiliate networks.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing partners.
• Negotiate and manage partnership agreements across CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and other commercial models.
• Identify new opportunities to scale the affiliate channel and expand into new markets.
• Monitor traffic quality and partner performance.
• Analyze affiliate performance and optimize key metrics, including FTDs, deposits, revenue, and overall ROI.
• Prepare reports and provide regular performance updates.
• Collaborate closely with CRM, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to maximize partner performance and player value.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging acquisition opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.
   

Requirements

• 2+ years of Affiliate Management experience within the iGaming industry (Casino, Betting, or Gambling).
• Existing network of active affiliates, webmasters, and affiliate networks.
• Proven experience working with Tier-1 and Tier-2 markets.
• Strong understanding of CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and other affiliate partnership models.
• Experience negotiating commercial terms and building long-term partnerships.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and optimize affiliate performance.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• English level B1-B2 or higher.
   

Nice to Have

• Strong network within the iGaming industry.
• Experience launching and scaling affiliate programs across new GEOs.
• Experience attending major industry events such as SiGMA, SBC Summit, iGB Affiliate, or Affiliate World.
• Existing affiliate relationships capable of generating new partnerships within the first 30–60 days.
