Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies for project portfolios and international brands
• Build and manage teams of SEO specialists and experts of various profiles
• Optimize processes to enable scaling of the SEO direction and increase overall efficiency
• Work with highly competitive geographies, continuously improving approaches and adapting to search engine algorithm changes
• Collaborate with all key departments of the company to ensure effective traffic monetization
   

Required Skills

• Hands-on SEO experience — from deep understanding of algorithms to technical aspects (redirects, canonicals, server responses, indexing)
• Experience in team or department management — ability to scale processes and effectively lead people
• Experience working with large website portfolios and multi-brand structures — ability to manage multiple projects and a complex SEO ecosystem
• Background in competitive niches, especially iGaming / casino / affiliate, where performance and results are critical
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset combined with a realistic assessment of team resources and capabilities

Job Description:

• Development and implementation of an effective SEO strategy.
• Achieving and maintaining top Google rankings for websites.
• Creating content and link-building plans.
• Analysis of search results and competitors.
• Setting goals and achieving KPIs.
• Tracking and analyzing results, reporting.
• Budgeting according to KPIs, planning, and optimizing expenses.
• Researching and testing SEO hypotheses, as well as exploring new traffic sources.
   

Qualifications:

• At least 1 years of experience in the gambling industry in a related position.
• Experience working in EU market.
• Proven track record of successfully promoting websites in gray niches over the past 3–6 months.
• Deep knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Ability to make quick decisions and adapt websites to search engine changes.
• Solid understanding of website development principles and technical aspects.
• Experience dealing with filters, manual penalties, and domain blocks.
• Strong knowledge of technical aspects of on-page and off-page SEO optimization.
• Experience creating and setting specifications for content/development/analytics, as well as monitoring task execution.

• Experience with WordPress at the level of site setup and launch.
