💼 Responsibilities:

• Identify and establish new relationships with PSPs, acquirers, and aggregators in the EU, UK, and offshore jurisdictions.
• Negotiate commercial terms and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new MIDs (2D/3D, recurring, trial-to-sale, etc.).
• Pitch our business model and product structure to payment partners, adapting messaging to compliance-sensitive environments.
• Prepare and coordinate documentation for KYC/KYB applications in collaboration with internal teams (legal, finance, compliance).
• Track the performance and health of each MID (approval rates, decline reasons, chargebacks, cascading logic, etc.).

• Act as the main liaison between our company and payment partners.

• 1+ year experience in high-risk business development, fintech, payment processing, or merchant acquiring.
• Solid understanding of online billing models: subscription, recurring, trial, upsell, rebill.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks: KYC, KYB, PCI DSS, and general PSP onboarding processes.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.

Fine-tune and adapt LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, etc.) on domain-specific datasets
Prepare, clean, normalize and structure client-provided text data for training

Build scalable, production-ready NLP pipelines using PyTorch and/or TensorFlow

Work with frameworks like LangChain, Transformers, Hugging Face, etc.
Select and integrate appropriate tools and services for model training and deployment

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intelligent AI-driven features
 

For clarification the candidate must has relevant experience with Data Analyst  exp, Snowflake exp, AWS exp, SQL exp, Large datasets exp, data modeling exp, ETL processes exp, data warehousing exp, data visualization tools exp, BI tools  exp, Power BI exp, Tableau exp, and good to  have Pharma client exp.
 

At least 5 years of experience as Data Analyst

At least 2 years of experience with Snowflake
