    Requirements

    β€” Experience & domain: 3+ years in sales training/enablement within financial services/fintech/banking; B2B/institutional sales exposure. Deep grasp of markets, products, risk and operations; payments expertise is a plus.
    β€” Sales methodologies: consultative, solution and strategic selling; objection handling and negotiation.
    β€” Learning design & delivery: adult‑learning–based program design; in‑person/virtual delivery, role‑plays, case studies; knowledge/skills assessments and post‑training effectiveness reviews.
    β€” Content & enablement: build/manage the sales content library, competitive briefs, target account lists.
    β€” Regulation & compliance: translate regulatory requirements into practical sales standards and scenarios fit for institutional contexts.
    β€” Cross‑functional collaboration: effective stakeholder management across Sales, Product, Marketing, Compliance and Delivery; influence without authority.

    Responsibilities

    β€” Onboarding & training: design and run BDM onboarding (products, regulation/compliance, processes, CRM, comms standards) via classroom, virtual sessions and role‑plays.
    β€” Materials & content: create/maintain training and sales collateral (guides, decks, playbooks, e‑learning modules, videos, compliance checklists, talk tracks).
    β€” Sales enablement: Preparation of guides, templates, proposals and cards describing competitive advantages; continuous competitive briefings; maintenance of target customer lists, segmentation, messaging.
    β€” Effectiveness & KPIs: build assessments (pre/post tests, practical tasks, simulations), capture KPIs (stage velocity, conversion, CRM activity), report insights and recommendations.
    β€” Cross‑functional: partner with Sales/Product/Marketing/Compliance/Delivery to keep content current and close skill gaps; align on update priorities.
    β€” Tools & processes: train teams on CRM and enablement platforms; contribute to selection/rollout of tools; ensure data quality.
    β€” SME support: act as subject‑matter expert at conferences and client meetings; run internal train‑the‑trainer and ambassador sessions.

    Now we are looking for a a motivated Business Development Representative to help us grow our network of Fintech innovators. You’ll identify and reach out to high-potential prospects, run smart outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and events, and book intro meetings with C-level decision-makers.

     

    This role is perfect for someone who loves experimenting with messaging, optimizing outreach, and working closely with growth and pre-sales teams to move leads through the funnel. You’ll track results in HubSpot, nurture warm leads, and play a key part in shaping how we scale.

     

    Role Responsibilities πŸ‘¨β€πŸ’»

    • Identify and prioritize Fintech prospects based on ICP.
    • Execute outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and event outreach.
    • Run A/B tests and experiment with messaging for continuous improvement.
    • Qualify leads and conduct intro/touchpoint meetings with C-level decision-makers.
    • Maintain accurate data in HubSpot CRM and generate weekly reports.
    • Nurture warm leads through personalized follow-ups and sequencing.
    • Collaborate closely with the Head of Growth and Pre-Sales team to optimize funnel performance.

     

    Skill set and experience we believe you should have for that role πŸ€“

    • Strong Communicator: Clear in English (spoken & written C1+) and confident in conversations.
    • 2+ years in outbound B2B sales, preferably in tech consulting or IT services (not product companies).
    • Proficiency in a sales CRM (preferably HubSpot) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
    • Experience with cold email tools, sequencing platforms, and campaign A/B testing.
    • Understanding of B2B sales cycles and decision-maker engagement.
    • Ability to tailor messaging for Fintech founders, CTOs, and C-level executives.

     

    Tools & Instruments We Need You To Know:

    • HubSpot CRM for lead tracking and reporting.
    • LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeted prospecting.
    • Outreach & sequencing tools (Outreach.io would be a plus).
    • Cold email writing and A/B testing frameworks.
    • Campaign performance tracking and KPI analysis.
    • Google Workspace or MS Office for communication and documentation.
