    What you’ll be doing:
    β€” Proactively source candidates for technical and non-technical roles using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, direct outreach, and referrals.
    β€” Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates, including for international markets (US, EU).
    β€” Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and provide relevant talent pools.
    β€” Keep sourcing database/ATS up-to-date and support reporting on sourcing activities.
    β€” Research and apply innovative sourcing strategies to attract niche or hard-to-find talent.

     

    Requirements:
    β€” 1+ years of experience as an IT Sourcer or in a similar sourcing-focused role.
    β€” Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, social networks).
    β€” Ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
    β€” Understanding of the IT talent market and basic tech stack knowledge.
    β€” English: Intermediate or higher (written and spoken).

     

    Nice to have:
    β€” Experience sourcing for international markets (especially US and EU).
    β€” Background in IT recruitment (agency or in-house).
    β€” Familiarity with outstaff/outsourcing models.
