Ми шукаємо Game Designer (Feature / Systems), який добре розуміє, як працюють ігрові фічі, економіка та системи винагород, і хоче впливати на те, як мільйони гравців взаємодіють з нашими іграми.

Що потрібно робити

• Розробляти концепти та гейм-механіки конкретних фіч: модулі джекпоту, колеса удачі, бонусів, ігор-винагород тощо.
• Оцінювати і приймати рішення щодо економіки фіч: шанси, частоту виплат, RTP, монетизацію.
• Формулювати та підтримувати відповідні системи: VIP-системи, reward-системи, бонусні цикли.
• Створювати документацію для фіч: технічні специфікації, GDD, флоу, прототипи, wireframes.
• Аналізувати ключові метрики: retention, engagement, LTV / ARPU; проводити A/B-тестування; оптимізувати фічі на основі даних.
• Тісно співпрацювати з іншими командами (PM, аналітики, розробники, UI/UX дизайнери), щоб ідеї були реалізовані ефективно та якісно.
• Слідкувати за трендами в iGaming / social casino, запроваджувати сучасні практики та інноваційні рішення.

 Що бажано мати в професійному багажі

• Мінімум 3 роки досвіду у геймдизайні  F2P / social casino / iGaming або суміжних жанрах.
• Досвід роботи з фічами, які впливають на залучення, утримання та монетизацію користувачів.
• Вміння балансувати економіку гри та системи винагород, працювати з ймовірностями, формулами, симуляціями.
• Досвід у створенні та підтримці документації: GDD, прототипи, флоу, wireframes.
• Аналітичне мислення, вміння обробляти дані, працювати з метриками, проводити A/B тестування і на їхній основі покращувати фічі.
• Гарні комунікативні навички, щоб чітко пояснювати ідеї команді та вносити правки за фідбеком.

• Розробка концепції ігор та ігрових механік, аналіз та вдосконалення тих, що вже існують
• Написання та ведення документації
• Залучення в процес формування беклогу та дорожньої мапи продукту
• Проведення розрахунків та налаштування ігрового балансу
• Розробка стратегій монетизації
• Створення, підтримка та налаштування дизайну економіки гри для максимізації доходів
• Перевірка проектної роботи на різних етапах виконання на предмет відповідності проектним вимогам, цілям та стандартам якості
• Співпраця з відділами дизайну, розробки та аналітики
• Аналіз конкурентів та динаміки ринку
• Розвиток відділу дизайнерів ігор (game design department)
• Ведення та покращення LiveOps системи

Необхідні навички та вміння:

• 2+ роки досвіду роботи в ігровій сфері на відповідній позиції
• Розуміння ергономіки, візуальних естетичних цінностей, основ композиції та кольору, психологічних принципів сприйняття
• Розуміння способів монетизації у Free-to-Play іграх
• Глибоке розуміння системного гейм-дизайну: монетизації, LiveOps та інших напрямків
• Глибоке знання ринку мобільних ігор, зокрема в казуальному та гібрид-казуальному напрямках
• Досвід роботи з цільовою аудиторією: вміння визначати, таргетувати та обирати стратегії залучення, утримання та монетизації
