Вимоги

• Вища економічна (або суміжна) освіта
• Досвід 1–2 роки в операційній/аккаунт-ролі (бажано фінтех, банки, процесинг, платіжні сервіси)
• Розуміння логіки міжнародних платежів/обмінних операцій та маршрутів проведення операцій
• Базові знання AML/KYC/KYB та готовність працювати за процедурами
• Впевнене володіння CRM та Google Docs/Sheets
• Мови:  англійська – B1

✅ Необхідні навички:

1. Досвід роботи на посаді бухгалтера або помічника головного бухгалтера від 2-х років.

✅ Майбутні задачі:

1. Приймати, перевіряти та вести облік первинних документів щодо надходження матеріалів, сировини, комплектуючих, інструментів і ТМЦ.
2. Оприбутковувати запаси на рахунках бухгалтерського обліку (20, 22, 25, 28 тощо).
3. Відображати операції з надходження матеріалів у програмах 1С / BAS / SAP.
4. Контролювати правильність відображення ПДВ під час оприбуткування запасів.
5. Вести аналітичний облік матеріалів у розрізі складів, номенклатури та матеріально відповідальних осіб.
6. Здійснювати звірку залишків ТМЦ зі складами та брати участь у проведенні інвентаризацій.
7. Вести облік руху матеріалів: переміщення, повернення та списання.
8. Вести бухгалтерський облік виробництва за рахунками 201, 202, 209, 281, 231, 903, 91, 661, 651, 642, 6411.
9. Формувати звіти про рух матеріальних запасів для бухгалтерії та керівництва.
10. Контролювати дебіторську та кредиторську заборгованість.
11. Взаємодіяти з відділом постачання, складом і виробничими підрозділами.

Основні зони відповідальності:
 

📊 Фінансовий облік і контроль

• Ведення обліку всіх платежів на основі заявок у ClickUp
• Щомісячна звірка: кожен платіж із банківської виписки підтверджений заявкою
• Контроль коректності категорій витрат
• Підготовка та регулярна актуалізація управлінського P&L
• Формування щомісячної та квартальної звітності
• Контроль повноти витрат за всіма каналами оплат (банк, PayPal, Stripe, криптовалюта тощо)
   

📄 Робота з інвойсами

• Збір інвойсів із сервісів, підрядників та підписок
• Перевірка реквізитів і сум
• Передача документів бухгалтеру у Швейцарії
• Контроль строків оплат і закривальних документів
• Ведення реєстру інвойсів
   

💸 Зарплатні та підрядні виплати

• Ведення податкової звітності співробітників
