    We are looking for a recruiterl for the role that requires:

    • Full-time job;
    • Office-based in Kyiv.

       

    Main responsibilities:

    • Actively participating in closing vacancies;
    • Sourcing candidates across various platforms;
    • Reviewing resumes and conducting interviews;
    • Building and maintaining communication with candidates;
    • Managing the candidate database in a CRM system;
    • Working with job boards, social media, and other sourcing channels.

    What you bring to the team:

    • 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment (R&D, engineering, or software roles)
    • Strong understanding of technical roles, tools, and terminology (software development, embedded systems, electronics, AI/ML, etc.)
    • Proven experience hiring in a fast-paced, innovative environment β€” ideally within hardware, aviation, robotics, or defense tech sectors
