User Interface Designer

 You are: 

• A professional with at least 3 years experience in UI/UX Design for web-based applications or software products 
• Experienced in development of user-centric designs and prototypes and conduction of user research 
• Familiar with marketing operations and its collaboration  
• Proficient in using tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar for creating wireframes and interactive prototypes 
• Confident in English on Upper-Intermediate level (both written and verbal)   
• Strong in problem-solving and communication 
• Creative/Media/Advertising agency experience would be a plus 

With you we will:  

• Creating basic visual blueprints of the layout and structure of the interface, focusing on functionality rather than aesthetics.
• Developing interactive models of the UI to test and refine functionality and design before final implementation.
• Crafting the overall look and feel of the interface, including color schemes, typography, iconography, and imagery.
• Designing the ways users interact with the interface, including animations, transitions, and feedback mechanisms.

We are looking for a Designer only from Cherkasy and Dnipro.

Responsibilities:

- Create innovative, user-centered designs through consideration of market research, business requirements, customer feedback, and usability study findings;

- Present designs with the help of wireframes and detailed visual mockups;

- Estimating the timing of your design and prototyping work;

- Collaborate with the Engineers and Product Managers and able to quickly iterate on the feedback;

- Communication with clients to create a complete picture of the project, its goals and the portrait of the end user. Creation of a list of requirements together with the client;

- Creation and support (addition with new projects) of the portfolio of the company's projects.

Requirements:

- B1 English (Intermediate);

- Ability to work closely with Product Managers and Engineering Team-members;

- Expertise in Interaction design, able to create low and high-fidelity mockups to present concepts and finished designs;

- Understanding of component design systems to provide visual and functional consistency;

- Understanding the difference between responsive and adaptive design.

- Understanding platform specifics in mobile design;

- Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch prototyping tools.

Good to have:

- Storytelling – ability to tell simple user stories illustrating solutions;

- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW or other tools for working with vector graphics (icons, logos, etc.);

- Experience with Adobe After Effects to create animation;

- Managing and creating Style guide components;

- Understanding of Web Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG);

Types of projects to work with:

- Design of functional websites (e.g. SaaS Cloud solutions);

- It is important to separate, this is a design based on UI frameworks (UI Kits) and their ready for use components. (Ant Design, Material etc);

- Design of mobile applications;

- Design of web landing pages (rarely).

Основні обов’язки:
 

• Створювати дизайн для digital-реклами, соцмереж, презентацій, UI/UX-інтерфейсів, лендингів, сайтів та мобільних додатків;
• Брати участь у дизайні сайтів та мобільних додатків (UI/UX)
• Розробляти брендбуки, логотипи, айдентику, презентації та інші комунікаційні матеріали
• Працювати над дизайном друкованої продукції та комунікаційних матеріалів;
• Брати участь у створенні концептів і креативних рішень для проектів різного масштабу — від локальних ініціатив до національних кампаній.

Очікування від кандидата:
 

• 2+ роки досвіду в графічному або UI/UX-дизайні;
• Упевнене володіння Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator;
• Практичне розуміння UI/UX-проєктування, веб-дизайну, адаптивних інтерфейсів;
• Досвід роботи з візуальними стилями брендів, розробкою айдентики;
• Вміння мислити креативно, але завжди з урахуванням бізнес-цілей клієнта;
• Вміння працювати в команді, дотримуючись дедлайнів та креативного бріфу
• Портфоліо з прикладами реальних робіт (обов’язкове).

Буде плюсом: 
 

• Базові знання After Effects 

• Досвід розробки інтерфейсів та UI\UX рішень для AR | VR проєктів
