    • Understand and interpret client pain points (KYC) to proactively suggest improvements and solutions;
    • Lead strategic sessions, negotiations, and presentations of company services to the clients;
    • Translate client needs into actionable tasks for internal specialists and supervise execution quality;
    • Monitor key project KPIs, ensuring deliverables meet both quality and business objectives;
    • Oversee invoicing, budget adherence, etc.;

    • 3+ years’ project-management experience in construction or glazing (hvac, window & door industry preferred). Not IT or fintech
