    The key responsibility areas at this position are quality and timeliness of projects’ implementation, developing and increasing the D365 F&SCM team as well as your own professional growth.

    About the team: our D365 F&SCM team consists of system implementation specialists who hold the positions of Functional Consultants and Development Consultants. More experienced specialists additionally perform System Architect and Project Manager roles. Their experience varies in terms of duration and project portfolio. But what unites the entire team is the high quality of work, ongoing professional training, Microsoft certification and a desire for further development.

     

    About projects: the team implements and provides support for D365 F&SCM and its previous versions (F&O, AX). Our clients are companies in various industries from Ukraine, the EU, and the United States.

     

    Key objectives of the position:

    1. Team management: 

    • Composing project teams, involving specialists in tasks according to their qualifications.
    • Managing Team workload.
    • Managing professional development of specialists, mentoring.
    • Participating in team recruitment – initiating and approving new vacancies, participating in interviews.

    2. Project work. Participating in projects, and in which roles, depends on your interests, skills, ambitions – Project Manager, System Architect, Senior Consultant.

    3. Continuous personal professional development, system learning, Microsoft certification.

    4. Participating in pre-sale meetings, approving commercial offers.

    5. Participating in webinars and other marketing activities.

     

    Qualification:

    • Experience in managing a team as a Senior Consultant, Team Lead or Project Manager.
    • Experience in teaching professional skills and mentoring less experienced specialists.
    • Experience in implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and SCM or previous versions (F&O/FO, AX). Understanding the stages of ERP system implementation project.
    • Experience in conducting demonstrations and presentations.
    • Language skills: fluency in Ukrainian, knowledge of English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
    • Nice to have: project management experience or desire to develop in this direction (PM).

    Requirements:

    - Good knowledge of client-server communication (HTTP, REST API);

    - Skills using GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket ;
