Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Python Backend Engineer / Distributed Systems Engineer
• Strong experience building real-time or high-load backend systems

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Promotion Manager (Product Marketing Manager) to join our team in the fast-paced and exciting iGambling and Betting industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective promotional strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns and analyse campaign performance to optimise results. This position requires a deep understanding of the iGaming and Betting landscape.

You will be expected to:

• Develop and implement innovative promotional strategies to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue generation in the iGaming and Betting industry;
• Collaborate with the product and design teams to create compelling marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the unique selling points of our products and services;
• Identify target audience segments and tailor marketing messages and promotions to resonate with their preferences and behaviours;
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, and use these insights to inform marketing strategies;
