Your Tasks:

• Lead digital initiatives within Global Operations from idea definition through pilot execution and broader deployment.
• Gather business requirements and convert them into clear product specifications for technical teams.
• Break down business initiatives into epics, features, and user stories ready for implementation.
• Maintain and prioritize product backlogs and multi-year development roadmaps.
• Define feature scope, acceptance criteria, and delivery priorities in collaboration with technical teams.
• Coordinate activities between business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Identify delivery dependencies, technical constraints, and data readiness considerations.
• Support adoption of digital solutions across different Global Operations functions.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and ensure alignment on priorities.
• Track progress of ongoing initiatives and help remove delivery obstacles.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing operational processes through automation and digital tools.
• Promote change management activities and encourage adoption of new ways of working.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and digital maturity across Global Operations.

Required Experience and Skills:

• 4+ years of experience within manufacturing, operations, quality, or another process-driven industry.
• Experience supporting Global Operations initiatives or working within global operational environments.
• 4+ years of experience managing digital, data, analytics, automation, or AI-related products and initiatives.
• Previous experience managing projects, products, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation programs and product lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis and data-driven decision-making.
• Understanding of data modeling, data integration, data quality, and analytics concepts.
• Understanding of relational databases and SQL concepts.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise cloud platforms supporting digital, analytics, or AI solutions.
• Understanding of regulated business processes, compliance requirements, and data governance principles.
• Ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements and delivery-ready product backlogs.
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across international teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, technical, or related field.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
• Availability for occasional business travel.

• Experience with AI-driven initiatives or intelligent automation projects.
• Exposure to Industry 4.0 concepts, connected systems, or digital operations.
• Experience defining long-term product roadmaps and transformation strategies.

• Previous leadership or people management experience.
• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, Agile, ITIL, or similar certifications.
