    The Role

    We're looking for hungry, self-driven sales professionals who want to earn based on results, not hours.
     

    What you'll do:

    • Prospect and close new clients (casino operators, crypto projects, affiliates, entrepreneurs)
    • Handle inbound leads from our ad campaigns
    • Run demos, follow up, negotiate, close
    • Build relationships in the iGaming and crypto space
       

    This is a hunter role. You find opportunities, you own them, you close them.

     

    But you won't be alone - we provide sales materials, platform demos, and support. You bring the hustle.
     

    Commission Structure

    You choose what works for you:

    Option A - Upfront Focus €3,000 per closed deal

    Option B - Long-Term Focus €1,000 per closed deal + 10% of ongoing revenue share (from that client, paid monthly)

    Option C - Pure Rev Share 20% of ongoing revenue share from your clients
     

    The more you close, the more you earn. No cap.
     

    What We're Looking For

    • Fluent English (written and spoken) 
    • Sales experience (iGaming, crypto, SaaS, or tech preferred)
    • Self-motivated β€” this is commission-only, you need to run your own day
    • Comfortable with outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, Telegram, email, calls)

    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into technical and architectural solutions;
    • Work closely with Business Analysts during pre-sales and discovery phases, contributing technical expertise to shape optimal solutions and support well-informed decision-making;
    • Participate in discovery sessions with clients to better understand business challenges and help define future-state solutions;
    • Define technical strategies and select the most appropriate implementation approaches (declarative vs. programmatic);
    • Lead and oversee development of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, triggers, and integrations when required;
    • Architect and manage integrations with third-party systems using REST / SOAP APIs;
    • Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, architectural standards, and security guidelines;
    • Support data migration, automation, and system optimization initiatives;
    • Define and maintain CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes, and deployment strategies;
    • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to Salesforce Developers;
    • Stay up to date with Salesforce platform releases and recommend innovative improvements

     

    We are looking for

    • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce as a Developer and/or Architect;
    • Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture and experience with multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.);
    • Advanced knowledge of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, Flows, and APIs (REST/SOAP);
    • Proven experience designing scalable solutions and complex system integrations;
    • Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, data modeling, and performance optimization;

    As our sales activities grow, we are looking for a BDR who can build, own, and scale outbound lead generation, take responsibility for results, and become a key part of our growth engine.

     

    What you will do

    • Own and scale the end-to-end B2B lead generation process within the Salesforce ecosystem.
    • Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, cold email, events, industry communities).
    • Define, refine, and document Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for Salesforce-related services and solutions in close cooperation with the CRO.
    • Build, segment, and continuously improve high-quality lead lists.
    • Track, analyze, and optimize key performance metrics: open rates, reply rates, meeting rates, acceptance rates, deliverability, and domain health.
    • Run A/B tests on messaging, sequences, subject lines, and channels to improve conversion.
    • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to align messaging, value propositions, and feedback loops.
    • Maintain and improve CRM data quality in Salesforce, ensuring pipeline accuracy and hygiene.
    • Create and analyze reports and dashboards to provide visibility into lead generation performance.

    We are looking for

    • 4+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in SaaS, IT services, or Salesforce consulting.
    • Proven experience running and scaling outbound campaigns end-to-end.
    • Advanced experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
    • Practical knowledge of outreach and automation tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Lemlist, Instantly, Reply.io, Outreach.io, or similar.
    • Solid understanding of email deliverability principles and outbound best practices.
    • Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics, experimentation, and optimization.
    • Strong copywriting skills for concise, clear, and persuasive outreach messages.
    • Fluent English (B2+ or higher).
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
