    A DTO is responsible for driving technology strategy, innovation, and execution within a specific domain.     1. Technology Strategy & Roadmap
    - S/he owns domain tech strategy and is accountable for the technical vision and strategy of the Domain - ensures that both exist, are communicated to the teams, are understandable, and continuously refined.

    - Maintain audit readiness and standardize best practices and documentation across teams.
