Your Key Responsibilities and Contributions:

• Participate in the development and implementation of a new approach to infrastructure. Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools will serve as the main mechanism for managing the platform.
• Ensure high availability of applications and configure redundancy of platform components for company products.
• Supporting the daily operations and maintenance of company projects.
• Maintain product monitoring systems. Respond proactively to incidents to ensure a high level of SLA for B2B clients.
   

Key Required Skills:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience working closely with product development teams.
• 3+ years of experience with both on-premise solutions and cloud providers.
• Experience in configuring, maintaining, and supporting the reliability and uptime of infrastructure components (databases, virtualization clusters, common infrastructure).
• Familiarity with IaC tools (Terraform / Ansible).
• Solid knowledge of Unix systems at the system administrator level. Strong understanding of the OSI model.
• Understanding of virtualization/containerization principles and environments (KVM, LXC, Docker).
• Proficiency with monitoring systems (Zabbix / Prometheus)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitLab / Jenkins / etc.)
• Familiarity  with Kubernetes (K8s) in production environments.

• Knowledge of dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).
• Experience working with Proxmox / OpenNebula as core virtualization controllers.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Coordinator and Communication Specialist to streamline the delivery of our enterprise AWS/Azure cloud migrations and security modernization initiatives. In this role, you will act as the operational engine and structural "glue" across highly technical streams. You will manage project tracking (schedules, deliverables, resource alignment) while translating dense architectural and cybersecurity initiatives into clear, impactful change-management communications for business stakeholders, executive leadership, and internal engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

·         Project Coordination & Tracking: Maintain and update project backlogs, timelines, sprint schedules, and milestone tracking across concurrent cloud, SIEM, EDR, and vulnerability management deployments using enterprise tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project).

·         Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as the central communication conduit between highly technical Cloud Architects/SecOps engineers, the Security Operations Center (SOC), compliance/audit units, and business product owners.

·         Technical Copywriting & Translation: Translate complex technical documentation, cloud governance frameworks, and security incident metrics into crisp, accessible summaries, roadmaps, and executive-ready presentations.

·         Organizational Change & Awareness: Design and execute internal communication plans to champion cloud transformation, announce maintenance windows/migrations with zero business friction, and promote modern DevSecOps security practices across development teams.

·         Risk & Resource Tracking: Monitor day-to-day project dependencies, flag scheduling conflicts or resource constraints early, and assist technical leads in preparing status reports and KPIs for steering committees.

Required Skills & Qualifications

·         IT Project Delivery: 3+ years of experience coordinating IT projects, with a strong preference for candidates who have supported cloud infrastructure transformations or cybersecurity operations.

·         Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. You must excel at synthesizing engineering data into non-technical language and building scannable, visual documentation.

·         Framework Familiarity: A solid conceptual understanding of cloud computing (AWS/Azure) and fundamental security landscapes (e.g., understanding the business purpose of SIEM, vulnerability management, or identity governance).

·         Agile/Tool Proficiency: High proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or similar project tracking suites, along with presentation tools like PowerPoint or Miro.

·         Detail-Oriented & Adaptive: Highly organized with a natural knack for tracking multiple moving pieces without dropping the ball, combined with the resilience required for fast-paced technology environments

Preferred Qualifications

·         CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) or PRINCE2 Foundation certification.

·         Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) or Agile Project Management (AgilePM) certifications.

·         Baseline technical certifications (e.g., AWS Cloud Practitioner or Microsoft Azure Fundamentals) are a major plus.

We are currently seeking a Customer Support Representative (Hospitality) to join our team.

This role is part of a newly launched international project in the hospitality industry, supporting guests throughout their stay and ensuring they receive exceptional service at every stage of their journey.

You'll communicate with guests across multiple channels, helping them with booking-related questions, property access, reservations, and other service requests. We're looking for professionals who genuinely enjoy helping people, stay calm under pressure, and believe that every interaction should leave guests with a positive impression.

Working schedule:

• Monday–Sunday;
• 5 shifts per week on a rotating schedule, 2 obligatory night shifts, first couple of months no night shifts;
• Shift options:
  • 07:00–16:00 CET
  • 15:00–00:00 CET
  • 23:00–08:00 CET
• 30-min. lunch break;
• +25 min. sanitary break
• Schedules are shared one week in advance.

Your future responsibilities include:

• Providing support to guests via phone calls, email, chat, WhatsApp, and online booking platforms;
• Assisting guests with booking questions, reservation updates, and property access;
• Delivering service with a true hospitality mindset, always putting the guest experience first;
• Resolving guest inquiries efficiently while maintaining a warm, professional, and empathetic tone;
