Outventure is a B2B marketing agency specialized in SaaS, manufacturing, and logistics. We run cold outreach (email + LinkedIn) and an Upwork agency account that already generate opportunities. We need someone to own the front of that pipeline.
 

This is not a from-scratch role. The channels are live. Your job is to turn what comes in into qualified conversations — and to keep our Upwork account winning new work.
 

What you'll do

• Build and run our agency's own outbound campaigns - cold email and LinkedIn using Outventure's existing playbooks: ICP list-building, sequence setup, copy adaptation, deliverability, and tracking.
• Write and send Upwork proposals from our agency account. Core to the job,  you'll bid daily and push the win rate up.

What we need

• 1-2+ years in BDR / SDR / lead gen for a B2B service or SaaS company. Expirience with Agency services, especially marketing is a big plus
• Hands-on Upwork experience, proposals that actually won work, ideally from an agency account.
• Comfortable on calls. You can hold an early-stage qualification conversation, not just send messages.
• Strong professional English, written and spoken. Other languages are a plus.

We are looking for highly motivated junior engineers to join our Design-for-Test (DFT) team.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates who want to build expertise in Scan, Memory BIST, and JTAG within advanced VLSI development.

Responsibilities:

Learn and support implementation of scan insertion and scan chain architecture

Assist in ATPG pattern generation and test coverage analysis

Participate in Memory BIST (MBIST) integration and verification

Work with JTAG / IEEE 1149.1 boundary scan concepts and flows

Help debug test-related issues at RTL and gate level

Collaborate with senior DFT engineers on SoC-level test strategy

Required Background:

Academic knowledge in digital logic, VLSI design, and computer architecture

Basic familiarity with DFT concepts: scan, ATPG, BIST, boundary scan

Understanding of Verilog or VHDL

Scripting basics (Python, TCL, Shell)

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong motivation to learn industry-standard DFT tools and flows

Job Summary

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will have the opportunity to impact the brand’s visual presence for our cutting-edge Game and Entertainment Platform by designing high-quality graphic materials that resonate with our audience across multiple platforms. Your expertise will drive user engagement and strengthen our brand presence.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design.
• 2+ years of design experience in the gambling industry.
• Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Proficiency in AI-powered graphic design tools to streamline your workflow (STRONG MUST-HAVE).
• Strong collage skills are essential.
• Experience with gambling/casino features, as well as UI elements.
• Ability to adapt designs for multiple platforms (Discord, X, YouTube, Google Ads, etc.).
• Understanding of digital and print layout principles.
• Knowledge of UI/UX for improving user experience.
• A creative, resourceful mindset with attention to detail.
• Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian and proficiency in English for technical collaboration in a remote/global team setting.
• Ability to work within the CET/EET time zone.

Your Advantage

• Experience with Skin/NFT Gambling.
• Experience in Blender for 3D modelling, animation, and visual effects to create immersive 3D graphics for online gambling/gaming products.

• Previous experience working in a start-up environment with rapid iteration cycles.

   

Key Responsibilities

• Design visuals, logos, icons, and promotional graphics for our products.
• Development and support of corporate style and design system.
• Work on marketing campaigns (landings, emails, banners, social media).
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to deliver high-quality visuals that align with the company's business goals and enhance our promotional efforts.
• Create new and refine existing promo content to boost engagement.
