This role combines drone piloting with hands-on technical work - preparing UAVs for flights, supporting testing activities, and maintaining systems in both lab and field environments.

You will work closely with engineers, participate in test flights and demonstrations, and help ensure systems are reliable and ready for real-world use.

Responsibilities:

• Operate UAVs (fixed-wing or multirotor) during test flights and demonstrations.
• Prepare UAVs for flight: basic setup, configuration checks, and pre-flight inspections.
• Assist in assembling, configuring, and calibrating UAV systems.
• Support ground and flight testing to verify system performance.
• Work with flight controllers (ArduPilot, iNav, Betaflight) for basic setup and tuning.
• Install and configure onboard components such as cameras, antennas, telemetry modules, and payloads.
• Work with communication protocols such as CRSF, MAVLink, SBUS, CAN, and UART (at a practical level).
• Understand basic radio communication principles (signal, interference, antennas).
• Identify and resolve technical issues in the field or during testing.

• Requirements:
  Experience operating UAVs (fixed-wing or multirotor).
• Basic technical understanding of UAV systems, electronics, and components.
• Experience with at least one UAV platform (ArduPilot, iNav, or Betaflight).
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and repairs.

FINANCIAL OWNER & CONTROLLING

You will responsible for building and owning Clearly’s financial function end-to-end. You will act as a financial partner, ensuring that the company has the structure, visibility, and discipline required to scale sustainably.

This role combines hands-on execution (QuickBooks, reporting) with strategic ownership (forecasting, budgeting, investor reporting, financial setup).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 

Financial Strategy & Planning

• Own and continuously refine the company’s financial planning and forecasting
• Build and maintain revenue forecasts (across geographies, B2C and B2B streams)
• Improve and manage budgeting processes
• Ensure alignment between financial plans and company OKRs
• Provide clear visibility on runway, cash flow, and growth scenarios

Financial Operations & Accounting

• Own and manage QuickBooks for accurate and timely accounting
• Ensure proper bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial accuracy
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
• Build scalable financial processes and internal controls

Revenue, Payments & VAT

• Own&Optimize financial flows related to Stripe and other payment providers
• Ensure proper tracking and reconciliation of revenue streams
• Manage VAT compliance across multiple markets (EU focus)
• Work with external partners on tax optimization and compliance

Investor Reporting & Financial Visibility

• Prepare and maintain investor-ready financial reports
• Build clear reporting on: revenue performance, margins and unit economics, cash flow and runway
• Support fundraising processes with financial data and materials

B2B Finance & Contracts

• Support development and scaling of B2B revenue streams
• Ensure proper financial setup for: contracts, invoicing, revenue recognition
• Partner with sales and operations on pricing and deal structure

Financial Setup, Legal & Banking

• Own and optimize banking infrastructure
• Support legal and financial setup across entities and markets
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and reporting requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years in Finance, Accounting, or FP&A roles (startup or scale-up preferred)
• Strong experience with QuickBooks (or similar accounting tools)
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Experience managing VAT and multi-country financial operations (EU)
• Experience working with Stripe or similar payment systems
• Experience preparing investor reports and financial dashboards
• Exposure to B2B and/or marketplace businesses is a strong plus

We’re looking for a data-driven and execution-minded Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and scale our marketing engine across multiple countries, channels, and customer segments.

As CMO, you’ll own the full marketing strategy — from paid acquisition and brand building to retention and lifecycle flows. You'll be responsible for designing and executing a multi-market, multi-channel growth system, deeply rooted in business intelligence and experimentation.

You’ll collaborate closely with the Expansion Manager, Product leadership, and founders to enter new markets, build go-to-market (GTM) plans, and shape how mental health is delivered globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing strategy – lead integrated multi-channel strategy (paid, organic, lifecycle, brand, PR) across all markets and segments
• Business Intelligence & Analytics – develop a robust analytics layer to track CAC, LTV, funnel health, and channel attribution; turn data into decisions
• GTM & expansion – co-develop GTM playbooks for new market launches; support Expansion team with scalable acquisition frameworks
• Growth – design and implement experiments to drive acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization; identify growth loops and viral mechanics
• Full-funnel ownership – from lead gen and onboarding to retention and referrals; build customer journeys that work across regions

Expectations:

• 7+ years in senior marketing or growth roles (marketplaces, SaaS, or health tech preferred)
• Proven track record in international or global markets
• Hands-on experience with multi-market expansion, performance marketing, brand development, and CRM
• Deep understanding of funnel optimization, segmentation, retention strategies, and marketing attribution
• Strategic thinking and structured planning, with the ability to zoom into operational detail when needed
• Proven leadership experience: hiring, mentoring, and aligning teams across disciplines and time zones
• Fluency in English
• Strong analytical skills: cohort analysis, funnel metrics, budgeting, A/B testing, BI tooling (e.g. Looker, GA4, Mixpanel, etc.)

About the role

We're building a performance marketing team from scratch, and email is a core channel for retention, reactivation, and lifecycle communication. This role owns all email communication across the company — transactional, marketing, and campaign-based — and works at the intersection of marketing and product to create a seamless user experience across web and mobile.

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of the email channel: strategy, execution, and performance across all communication types (transactional, broadcast, campaign, lifecycle flows).
• Design, build, and optimize automated flows and trigger-based sequences across the full user lifecycle — from onboarding and activation through engagement, re-engagement, and win-back.
• Develop segmentation strategies based on user behavior, product usage signals, and audience attributes to increase relevance and channel efficiency.
• Run systematic A/B tests on subject lines, content, timing, frequency, and flow logic. Formulate hypotheses, execute tests, and implement learnings.
• Work with users that enter the funnel (e.g., blog subscribers, quiz completions) but don't convert — build nurture sequences to move them toward action without aggressive frequency, respecting the sensitive nature of the product.
• Collaborate closely with the product team to ensure email communication is aligned with what's happening in the product (web + app), reflects the brand's tone of voice, and functions as part of a unified system rather than a siloed channel.
• Collaborate with the communications team, designers, and copywriters on email content. This role is the owner and final decision-maker on what gets sent, when, and to whom.
• Own email content creation and ideation — propose new campaigns, communication angles, and lifecycle touchpoints.
• Manage deliverability: domain health, sender reputation, spam rate monitoring, list hygiene.
• Build and maintain regular reporting on channel performance — open rates, CTR, conversion, unsubscribe rates, revenue attribution per flow.

For discussion: Participate in designing churn prevention flows triggered by product usage signals (e.g., no session booked in X days). Email is a secondary channel here — the logic and triggers will be defined jointly with the product team, but execution in email sits with this role.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing in a product company (SaaS, marketplace, or subscription-based product/edtech).
• Hands-on experience building automated flows and trigger-based campaigns in a marketing automation platform (experience with Customer.io is a strong plus).
• Strong understanding of user lifecycle stages and how email fits into the broader marketing and product funnel.
• Understanding of event-based triggers and audience parameters — ability to think in terms of "if user did X and didn't do Y within Z days, then…"
• Experience with segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing at scale.
• Solid grasp of email deliverability fundamentals (domain authentication, warm-up, list hygiene, spam triggers).
• Analytical mindset — comfortable working with data, interpreting metrics, and making decisions based on test results.
• Attention to detail, ownership mentality, and ability to work autonomously.

You'll work at the intersection of marketing, product, and engineering to generate, test, and scale ideas that move our core metrics: conversion rate, new clients, and CAC.

Responsibilities

• Own conversion performance across all marketing surfaces: main website, blog, landing pages, campaign funnels, and any new acquisition flows.
• Generate, prioritize, and execute CRO hypotheses — from ideation through briefing, prototyping, A/B testing, analysis, and implementation of winning variants.
• Design new funnels for paid channels (Meta, TikTok, and others as we scale), including concept, user flow, messaging framework, and success criteria. Coordinate execution with design, content, and engineering teams.
• Own the post-click experience for all paid traffic — ensure that what happens after a user clicks an ad is optimized for conversion, not just for traffic volume.
• Create and optimize landing pages for campaigns, audiences, and channels — working with designers and developers or using no-code/AI tools where appropriate.
• Monitor and analyze funnel performance at every stage (page view → authorization → first therapy created → first purchase). Identify drop-off points, diagnose root causes, and act on them.
• Run a continuous experimentation process: maintain a hypothesis backlog, manage test calendars, ensure statistical rigor, document results and learnings.
• Write clear briefs and technical specs for product and engineering teams. Communicate the goal, the hypothesis, the expected impact, and the success criteria for every initiative.
• Collaborate with the product team on the authorization-to-purchase flow. Currently owned by product — this role progressively takes over the marketing lens on this funnel, working jointly to improve it.
• Collaborate with the UA/paid channels manager on campaign-to-conversion alignment: ensuring ad creative messaging matches landing page experience, and that conversion signals are properly tracked.
• Participate in tracking and attribution setup alongside analytics — flag data gaps, validate conversion events, ensure the team can trust the numbers.
• Report regularly on conversion metrics, experiment results, and impact on new clients and CAC.

Requirements

• 3+ years in growth marketing, CRO, or a similar experimentation-driven role in a product company (marketplace, SaaS, subscription, or similar).
• Proven track record of improving conversion rates through systematic testing — not just ideas, but shipped experiments with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of user funnels, landing page best practices, and conversion psychology.
• Ability to write clear briefs, create wireframes or prototypes (even rough ones), and articulate what needs to be built and why.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools (Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely, or built-in product experimentation).
• Comfortable with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, or similar) — able to pull data, interpret funnel reports, and make decisions based on evidence.
• Understanding of event-based tracking: how user events and parameters work, how they trigger flows, and what breaks when tracking is misconfigured.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills — this role lives between marketing, product and engineering daily.
• Structured thinking and ability to prioritize based on expected impact vs. effort.
