• Identify and reduce technical debt and implement improvements to maintain code quality and reliability
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver bullet-proof solutions
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of backend architecture and development practices
• Create and maintain clear, organized development documentation

Ми шукаємо Firmware Lead Engineer — сильного embedded engineer, який візьме ownership та технічне лідерство над FW-напрямком продукту: від архітектури та процесів до bring-up заліза та координації FW-команди.

Основні обов’язки

• Firmware architecture and technical ownership 
• Technical leadership of embedded engineers
• Планування, постановка та контроль задач у Jira
• Code review та firmware quality control
• Організація firmware release process
• Bring-up та debugging embedded hardware
• Розробка firmware на C/C++
• RTOS / baremetal development
• Build systems та firmware tooling
• Синхронізація FW з electronics, Linux/software та QA
• Синхронізація embedded firmware та PX4/autopilot stack

Технічні вимоги

• 5+ років embedded / firmware development
• Strong C / C++ 
• Розуміння low-level MCU architecture та Software architecture
• Bring-up та debugging embedded hardware 
• STM32 або подібні MCU
• Real-time operation systems: FreeRTOS / ChibiOS  або подібні
• SPI / I2C / UART / CAN / USB / ETH / +
• Multithreading / multiprocessing / synchronization / DMA / interrupts
• Code review та engineering processes
• Oscilloscope / logic analyzer / SWD / JTAG
