THE ROLE

We’re looking for a strong systems-oriented engineer with hands-on LLM experience to join our AI Innovation team. In this role, you’ll build AI systems and internal products that improve how teams work across different departments and areas in the company. The common denominator is ownership: you should be comfortable leading projects end-to-end, including clarifying needs with stakeholders, making decisions under ambiguity, and pushing through blockers when they arise.

This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys both sides of applied AI work: full-stack engineering and practical use of LLM capabilities.

What you’ll be working on

Examples of projects you may work on:

• AI agents for code generation workflows (especially in mobile applications)

Why This Role Matters
As a Client Delivery & Account Manager, you are the bridge between our clients' business goals and our production teams. Your role is critical in ensuring projects are executed flawlessly, delivered on time, and aligned with client expectations. You don't just communicate - you manage the entire delivery lifecycle, keeping client satisfaction high and ensuring internal teams are perfectly aligned.

In this role, you will:

• Drive Client Success: Build strong, trust-based relationships and maintain high client satisfaction and retention rates.
• Own the Delivery Process: Act as the ultimate guardian of project deadlines, quality, and scope.
• Connect Teams: Serve as the central hub connecting clients, sales, and SEO/production teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Foster Accountability: Promote a culture of transparency, clear task ownership, and collaboration across the agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients via video calls, email, live chat, and messenger platforms; manage ongoing communication, discuss new orders, and share promotional offers.
• End-to-End Delivery & Quality Control: Track and ensure the timely, high-quality delivery of SEO and link-building solutions aligned with client KPIs.
• Task Management & Team Coordination: Translate client requests into clear, actionable tasks for internal SEO and production teams; prioritize backlogs and monitor execution.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Facilitate smooth information flow between clients and internal departments to resolve technical or operational blockers instantly.
• Performance Monitoring: Track project profitability and key account metrics, making strategic adjustments to delivery processes when needed.
• Internal Leadership: Lead regular internal synchronization meetings to communicate project updates, align priorities, and collect team feedback.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Delivery, or Project Management (experience in a digital agency is a huge plus).
• Languages: Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) for seamless client interaction.
• Task & Process Management: Proven ability to structure tasks, set clear requirements for production teams, and control execution.
• Powerhouse Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Organization: Outstanding time management with the ability to multitask and manage delivery across multiple fast-paced projects.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Analytical thinking with a proactive approach to handling blockers and preventing project delays.

Preferred Skills & Qualities

• Familiarity with SEO practices and link-building terminology.
• Experience working with clients from fast-evolving or regulated industries (Fintech, SaaS, iGaming, Crypto).
• Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel and task management tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (preferably Pipedrive).
• Highly responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and deeply accountable for the final result.
