Role Overview
We're seeking a highly artistic and detail-oriented Storyboard & Visual Development Lead to join our animation team. You'll be responsible for creating compelling animation concepts and storyboards, as well as reviewing final outputs to ensure high-quality visual storytelling through constructive artistic guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Transform client briefs into robust visual concepts with comprehensive reference decks
- Create and develop detailed storyboards that communicate animation vision and serve as blueprints for the animation team
- Lead creative development of animation concepts and guide their execution by the animation team
- Review and provide structured artistic feedback on storyboards, animatics, and final renders
- Drive improvements in visual storytelling, composition, camera movement, and mood
- Maintain consistency in style, lighting, color palette, and animation quality across projects
Collaborate cross-functionally with animators, 3D artists, and project leads to elevate visual quality
Qualifications
- Proven experience in animation, motion design, visual storytelling, or art creation, preferably in a studio environment
- Strong understanding of cinematography principles, animation fundamentals, timing, framing, and mood creation
- Demonstrated hands-on storyboarding expertise
- Refined artistic sensibility with ability to provide precise, actionable feedback that elevates animation work
- Experience and proficiency using collaboration tools such as Miro, Figma/FigJam to effectively convey ideas
English proficiency: B2 or higher – ability to clearly articulate artistic vision and feedback
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with animation software (e.g., 3Ds Max, After Effects, Cinema 4D) is a plus, though exceptional visual skills can compensate
- Proficiency in graphic design or 3D visualization tools to effectively communicate and illustrate concepts

- 5+ years of PostgreSQL, Pg/SQL development experience.
- Oracle SQL, PL/SQLL development experience will be a big plus.

Responsibilities:- Participate in the development and implementation of a comprehensive sales strategy, covering both direct sales channels and the growth of the partner network
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, potential customers, and strategic partners, taking into account their specific needs and business objectives
- Identify, attract, and onboard new partners (resellers, system integrators, IT providers), support their enablement, and drive their success in promoting our solutions
- Deliver product presentations to potential clients and partners, clearly demonstrating the value and advantages of our services

Requirements:
- Minimum of five years of experience in similar positions in IT service companies with a successful track record in developing partner channels

- In-depth expertise in B2B sales and marketing, knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies
- Experience in attracting and developing partners (resellers, integrators, IT providers)
- Ability to conduct effective product presentations and demonstrations for corporate clients and partners, capable of conveying the value and benefits of the product
- Experience in managing sales budgets and partner development, with a focus on efficient resource utilization and achieving business goals
