Responsibilities:

• Shape and drive the overall creative vision across our products, brands, and marketing materials;

• Work closely with Product, Marketing, Growth, and Development teams to create effective, business-focused design solutions;
• Build and improve design processes, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints;
• Review key concepts and deliverables, providing clear feedback and creative direction;

• Stay up to date with trends, tools, and best practices in design and digital products.
   

Requirements:

• 5 + years proven experience in a leadership role such as Head of Creative, Head of Design, Creative Director, Design Director, or Art Director;
• Strong background in product design, web design, branding, and digital creative production;
• Experience working with both B2B and B2C products;
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates taste, versatility, and design thinking;
• Solid understanding of composition, typography, color, hierarchy, and modern digital design principles;
• Experience leading teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders;
• Strong communication skills, ownership, and attention to detail.
   

Nice to have:

• Experience with gaming, entertainment, or interactive products;
• Experience with performance marketing creatives and conversion-focused design;
• Understanding of motion design, 3D, animation, or interactive design;
• Experience in crypto, blockchain, Web3, or other fast-growing digital industries;

• Define and implement data quality rules across ingestion, transformation, and reporting layers
• Validate data in Databricks-based pipelines
• Monitor and test Databricks transformations (PySpark/SQL) for correctness and completeness

Title: Java SpringBoot developer

Duration : 7+ Months Contract

Location: 100% Remote.

Role Overview: Works with moderate work direction and can identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving.

Plans, designs, develops, codes and tests software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products.

Responsibilities :

Revises and refines systems as required. Participates in the devising of project timelines, implementation design specifications, system flow diagrams, documentation.

Involved in testing and ongoing support of business systems.

Develops and maintains operational and system level documentation.

Must be able to apply SDLC concepts and have a proven track record of delivering solid, robust applications.

Has two primary responsibilities:

As a Java Spring Boot developer with knowledge of Python, Concurrency Programming, Microservices and Test-Driven Development.

Must have good understanding of CI/CD processes.

As an Operations Engineer with good grasp of Linux fundamentals and Shell Programming with knowledge of deployment tools like Terraform, Ansible, Docker and Kubernetes.

The role involves 50% or each of the above.

Good to have: Cloud experience, AI development.
