The mission

You'll own a set of metrics and be measured on nothing else:
Refund rate — down. Every refunded lead is a quality failure somewhere in the pipeline, and we didn`t want to publish "bad" leads on our platform
Contact rate and closing rate — up. A lead that can't be reached or doesn't convert is a supply problem dressed up as a sales problem. You find out which one it is, with data.
Price per lead — up, through quality. Better-verified, better-scored leads command higher prices. You build the scoring that proves it.
Supply vs. demand balance — under daily control instead of periodic manual review.

Right now the CEO does this work personally: reviewing lead quality, hunting duplicates, spotting supply gaps by hand. We're hiring the person who takes it over and does it better — because they built a system for it, not because they check more spreadsheets.

What the work looks like

You form hypotheses about why leads refund, why calls don't connect, why certain sources underperform — then you test them. Some tests are analytical (segment refunds by source, geography, verification path). Some are operational (change a verification step, adjust distribution logic, pilot a new outreach sequence for appointments). You bring the numbers, propose the fix, and drive it to a measured result. Technical implementation — like a lead-scoring model — goes through our dev team; your job is to define what gets built and prove it worked.

You'll work directly with the CEO. Not "report into a layer that reports to leadership" — the two of you will look at the same dashboard and argue about the same numbers.

What changes in 6 months if this works
Supply performance has one owner, and it isn't the CEO.
Lead quality is controlled systematically: scoring before a lead is sold, not complaints after.
Supply vs. demand is monitored daily with clear signals for action.
There's a standing pipeline of experiments — some running, some queued, all with expected impact attached.
Key decisions in this area start from your recommendation and your numbers.

Must-haves
Strong analytical thinking and a working habit of backing claims with data
Hands-on experience running experiments and improving processes to a measurable result
Experience with AI tools, automation, and CRM systems
Proactivity in the literal sense: you find the problem, propose the solution, and sequence your own work without being handed a task list

How we'll evaluate the trial

In your first week, we'll write 30-60-90 plan — what you'll audit, what you'll test, what you expect to move. We review it together, agree on targets, and that plan becomes the yardstick. By day 90 we expect you to fully own the metrics above, with at least the first experiments shipped and measured. Compensation includes a performance bonus tied to the metrics you own — when they move, so does your pay.

Your future responsibilities include:

• Building, optimizing, and maintaining ETL pipelines that extract data from ERP
  systems, databases, and APIs, transform it into a usable format, and load it into
  BigQuery
• Automating data ingestion, transformation, and loading processes to reduce manual
  intervention and ensure efficiency
• Monitoring and troubleshooting data pipelines proactively — catching performance
  issues, errors, and data quality problems before they escalate
• Managing and optimizing data storage: partitioning, indexing, and performance tuning
  in BigQuery
• Designing data models that represent the structure and relationships within business
  data
• Implementing data quality checks and validation rules at every stage of the pipeline
• Identifying and resolving data inconsistencies, errors, and missing values
• Conducting data audits and comparing results with business user needs — proposing
  solutions to close existing gaps
• Collaborating with analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand
  their data needs and translate them into scalable solutions

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and Python

About the role

We are building a fintech portfolio platform (encrypted client-side data, market data integrations, bank statement import) and a growing set of supporting services.
 

Our current delivery bottleneck is the Agentic Delivery Platform (coding layer): a production system where product managers and engineers drive feature work through AI agents - from clarification and prototyping to multi-agent development, preview environments, quality gates, and PRs.

This is not a chatbot wrapper. It is a stateful agent runtime: orchestration, sandboxed worktrees, Docker preview stacks, streaming UI, model routing, interrupt/resume, and human-in-the-loop controls. When this layer is unreliable, product velocity stalls. Making it production-grade is the priority of this role.

What you will own

Primary (blocker)

• Design and harden the agent delivery runtime (sessions, locks, work-state SSOT, recovery after restarts)
• Evolve the multi-agent pipeline: plan → audit → challenge → execute → test/code review → gates → commit
• Own preview lifecycle: lazy per-session stacks, idle suspend/wake, compile repair, publication gates
• Improve agent protocols: structured tools, prompt policies, read-only vs write modes, iteration loops
• Operate the coding-layer production path: deploy, isolated agent runtime, preview isolation, reliability
• Model routing: presets, per-agent model roster, allowlists, cost/latency/quality trade-offs

Secondary (ecosystem)

• Contribute across a multi-repo stack when needed: main web app (React/GraphQL), Python microservices (LLM parsing, market/FX data), shared libraries
• Keep cross-service contracts stable while agents and humans ship changes safely

Domain

• Portfolio / wealth-tech product surfaces
• Client-side encryption constraints (server never sees plaintext sensitive data)
• Market data and statement-import workflows
• Internal AI-assisted delivery tooling used as the main path to ship product work

Requirements

Must-have

• Strong TypeScript across Node and React
• Solid Docker experience (Compose, networking, volumes, prod vs local)
• Experience building stateful backend systems (sessions, locks, idempotency, restart recovery)
• Hands-on work with LLM/agent systems (tool calling, custom orchestrators, agent CLIs, or similar)
• Comfort designing contracts and SSOT (APIs, SSE/events, persisted state) instead of brittle chat heuristics
• Ability to work across multiple services/repos, not only one application package
   

Strong plus

• Multi-agent orchestration (planner/executor/reviewer patterns), evals, tool-use reliability

• The Agentic Delivery Platform stops being the delivery blocker

• PMs/engineers can go from intent → reviewable preview/PR with clear gates and recoverable errors
• Multi-agent workflows improve iteratively without collapsing into prompt spaghetti

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with affiliate partners, driving high-quality traffic, and optimizing partner performance to achieve business growth.

Responsibilities

• Search, onboard, and develop new affiliate partners.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates.
• Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements.
• Analyze affiliate performance and optimize traffic quality.
• Monitor key metrics such as CPA, ROI, FTD, Conversion Rate, Revenue, and LTV.
• Launch and manage affiliate campaigns.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Product, BI, and Finance teams.
• Identify new traffic opportunities and partnership channels.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager.
