About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of playable ads, from conceptualization and design to development, optimization, and analysis. Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design engaging playable ad experiences that align with game mechanics and marketing goals.
• Develop playable ads using HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with game designers, artists, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and optimal performance.
• Implement A/B tests and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize ad performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in playable ad development and mobile marketing.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Troubleshoot and debug playable ads across various platforms and ad networks.

• Contribute to the overall creative strategy for user acquisition campaigns.

   

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing and optimizing playable ads for mobile games.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Experience with game development tools like Unity is a plus.
• Solid understanding of mobile marketing principles and user acquisition strategies.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and user experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma is a plus.

• Experience working in an Agile environment.
