Now we are looking for a Technical Support Engineer L3.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain various services and support tools, primarily Microsoft 365/Azure.
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability for our clients.
• Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and reduce human intervention time on tasks.
• Providing operational support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
• Support and administer Azure SQL databases.
• Work with API services.

Requirements:

• Deep knowledge of operating systems:
  • Practical experience in administering Azure, Microsoft 365 and Windows Server.
  • Understanding of the architecture and specifics of each operating system, including deep knowledge of Linux.
  • Experience with command-line interfaces and graphical user interfaces of OS.
• Troubleshooting and support skills:
  • Experience in solving complex problems in Windows environment.
  • Ability to analyze event logs and other tools to diagnose issues.
• Security and access management:
  • Understanding of principles and methods of security in Windows environment.
  • Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Automation and scripting:
  • Ability to write PowerShell scripts.
• Communication skills and teamwork:
  • Good communication skills for working with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to effectively document processes and solutions.
• Education and certifications:
  • Higher education in the field of information technology or a related area.
  • Certifications from vendors confirming knowledge and skills in Windows and Linux administration (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate).

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Azure SQL databases.
• Experience working with API services.
• A minimum of 5 year experience as an IT administrator with a primary responsibility of managing Microsoft Windows systems.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms.
• Strong knowledge of administration and configuration of Windows servers and basic services (AD, GPO, DNS, ADFS, etc.).
• Knowledge of ticketing systems, monitoring, managed antivirus, and backup solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to generate and maintain technical documentation.
• Solid knowledge of PowerShell scripting and command-line management.
• Microsoft 365 Certification is a plus.
• A minimum Intermediate English language level is required.

Linux Security

• Perform Linux server hardening.

• Ensure timely security patching and system updates.

Documentation

• Create and maintain technical documentation, infrastructure diagrams, and operational documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Linux system administration experience.
• Experience administering enterprise Linux environments.
• Hands-on experience administering Moodle LMS.
• Experience working with AWS.
• Experience administering MySQL databases.
• Experience configuring and managing Cloudflare.
• Experience administering WordPress websites.
• Experience with Nginx and/or Apache.
• Experience managing SSL certificates and DNS.
• Strong knowledge of Linux security and server hardening.
• Experience writing Bash scripts.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Our Helpdesk team is the foundation of the company’s internal IT infrastructure. We ensure secure access to resources, manage the device fleet, maintain network reliability, and support core corporate services, enabling teams across the organization to work efficiently and without interruption.

We are looking for a Helpdesk Lead who will take end-to-end ownership of this function: defining service standards, driving operational excellence, and automating routine processes to improve efficiency and scalability.

In this role, you will work across device fleet management for macOS, Linux, and Windows, identity and access management (IAM), asset lifecycle management, network infrastructure, and the administration of Google Workspace and Atlassian environments.

You will partner closely with Engineering, Security, and Leadership teams, playing a key role in building and maintaining a secure, reliable, and scalable internal IT environment that supports the company’s growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Help Desk operations and define the long-term strategy for the function, ensuring operational stability, SLA compliance, and service quality
• Maintenance and monitoring of the corporate network equipment, access control systems, and overall network performance
• Overseeing hardware lifecycle: procurement, setup, maintenance, and replacement
• Management and optimization of corporate software licenses
• Supervision of the configuration and support of macOS, Linux, and Windows environments
• Standardization of onboarding/offboarding process
• Develop the team through coaching, feedback, structured knowledge sharing and participation in hiring process

• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams on operational and improvement initiatives

   

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SysAdmin / IT Support / HelpDesk roles
• 2+ year of team leadership
• Experience in process building, automation
• Solid understanding of networking (VLANs, IPsec, DNS, etc.)
• Strong experience with MacOS, Unix/Linux, and Windows administration
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Jira/Confluence, and Access Control Systems
• Excellent troubleshooting, prioritization, and communication skills
