Що важливо для цієї ролі:

• 1+ рік комерційного досвіду в Technical Support (L1/L2), System Administration, QA або суміжній B2B технічній ролі;
• Практичний досвід з REST API - розуміння методів (GET, POST тощо), принципів побудови запитів, коди відповідей та практичний досвід з Postman;
• SQL: вміння самостійно писати базові та середньої складності запити для вибірки даних;
• Розуміння, як читати логи (JSON-формат), знаходити Root Cause проблем та проводити аналіз;

Вимоги

- грамотна письмова англійська мова

Обов'язки

- прийом та обробка запитів від клієнтів через чат та електронну пошту
- надання консультацій щодо питань, повʼязаних з нестачею інформації
- розв’язання технічних питань, що виникають у користувачів під час роботи з платформою
- обробка скарг та пропозицій клієнтів, спрямування складних питань до відповідних відділів
- фіксація всіх звернень у CRM-системі компанії
- дотримання внутрішніх стандартів комунікації та високого рівня обслуговування.

Support / Payment Manager — це ключова позиція у взаємодії з користувачами та внутрішніми платіжними процесами компанії.

Ти допомагатимеш клієнтам вирішувати питання, пов’язані з роботою платформи, акаунтами, платежами та верифікацією, а також братимеш участь у перевірці документів користувачів та обробці заявок на виведення коштів.

Ти станеш частиною міжнародної команди з 24/7 покриттям, включно з нічними змінами.

⏰ Графік роботи (орієнтовний):

3 робочі дні / 2 вихідні

Тривалість зміни — 8 годин.

Формат змін чергується наступним чином:
• 3 дні — зміна 08:00–16:00
• 2 вихідних
• 3 дні — зміна 00:00–08:00
• 2 вихідних
• 3 дні — зміна 16:00–00:00
• 2 вихідних

• Обробка звернень клієнтів через чат та email
• Консультація користувачів, в тому числі англійською мовою

Локація - Варшава, офіс

Основні обов’язки:

Обробка звернень користувачів (чат, email, тикет-система)

Консультація клієнтів щодо депозитів та crypto-операцій

Супровід клієнтів під час KYC

Контроль статусів звернень

Ескалація складних кейсів у фінансовий / комплаєнс-відділ

Вимоги:

Досвід у customer support (fintech або e-commerce — буде плюсом)

Англійська B1–B2

Розуміння платіжних систем та криптовалют (базове)

Уважність до деталей

Вміння працювати за процедурами
