• Аналіз cohort-даних і робота з retention- та CRM-командами для збільшення доходу;

Що для нас важливо

• Від 2–3 років досвіду в affiliate-маркетингу у сфері iGaming;
• Досвід роботи на стороні оператора;
• Обов’язковий практичний досвід роботи з криптоказино;
• Обов’язковий досвід залучення криптотрафіку — аудиторії, яка реєструється, вносить депозити та грає за допомогою криптовалюти;
• Досвід роботи з fiat-casino продуктами;

Наразі шукаємо Senior User Acquisition Manager, котрий підсилить команду маркетингу з подальшою можливістю побудувати UA-напрям з нуля та масштабувати бюджети до $1 млн+/міс. Також роль передбачає перспективу очолити Growth-напрямок компанії в майбутньому.

• Досвід від 3+ років масштабування iOS-додатків;

Вимоги:
 

• Досвід на посаді управління РРС командою від 3 фахівців протягом року;
• Високий рівень технічної експертизи у платних каналах трафіку - Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, додатковою перевагою буде знання в LinkedIn, Twitter, Microsoft Ads, Bing, Amazon, тощо;
• Досвід роботи із системами аналітики - GA4, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust; 
  Просунута побудова дашбордів у Looker Studio, досвід роботи з Power BI або Tableau буде перевагою;
• Розуміння ключових метрик - CR, CPA, ROI, ROMI, AOV, ROAS, LTV та методів їх покращення;
• Розуміння технічної частини: GTM (Server-side як плюс), знання принципів роботи API та інструментів автоматизації (Make/Zapier або скрипти Google Ads, тощо)
• Високий рівень комунікативних навичок (ведення переговорів, гнучкість та аргументованість комунікації, пошук найкращих рішень для обох сторін);
• Вміння будувати повну воронку продажів (від охоплення до конверсії та retention), розраховувати медіаплани на основі бізнес-показників (LTV, CAC, ROMI) та аргументовано презентувати їх клієнту;
• Досвід системного тестування гіпотез, оптимізації посадкових сторінок (CRO) та кратного масштабування успішних кампаній без втрати ефективності;
• Обізнаність щодо останніх тенденцій РРС, найкращих практик та digital-маркетингу в цілому (розуміння каналів інтернет-маркетингу та їх взаємозв'язку);
   

Основні межі відповідальності:

• Підвищення якості роботи РРС команди;
• Участь у комунікації з нашими партнерами, координація роботи команди;
• Управління командою (участь у навчанні та розвитку, мотивація, регулярний зворотний зв’язок колегам у форматі командних та індивідуальних зустрічей, постановка завдань, оцінка результативності команди, онбординг та участь в процесі рекрутингу нових спеціалістів, контроль робочих процесів та навантаження);
• Контроль процесу виконання поставлених планів у розрізі місяця/квартала;
• Участь у підготовці та захисті комерційних пропозицій для продажу нових та утримання наявних проєктів.
